  1. not sure they do much more for a sub, as I'm a sub and still waiting. The login issue though is separate and an issue for everyone.
  2. Pretty Much... Heaven forbid you have to submit a ticket... I've been waiting a month or so now for an issue with their game... still nothing...
  3. That's obnoxious... perhaps we should start a game of dominoes or something to pass the time.
  4. Honestly, I can understand when it's a character restore or something that takes a lower priority... I can be patient, but when their class quest is broke... you can't even play the game.
  5. Unless you have a 60+ already of a class I'd suggest running it from lvl 1. While, it's easy to get the hang of the class with the way that abilities are doled out along the way, you're missing out on a lot of the game and the story by just boosting a toon... I'm kind of a new player as well, and I'm surprised at how quickly you can level up. I'm mainly doing class quests and a little pvp / gsf and am moving right a long.
  6. It's kind of ridiculous, going on a week now without a response... If the game is broken how can they expect people to enjoy the game or pay for a subscription.

  8. How long does it usually take for an in game ticket to get a response? I think I've encountered a class story bug and can't progress any further. So far it's been about 2 days, which seems a little bit much.
  9. The only difference I've noticed so far is that I actually take some damage. I've done some solo FP's, Class, and Planetary quests and it seems pretty easy... Though my influence is at 25 with my companion and I'm at lvl 56 if that helps any.
  10. I had this exact same problem as soon as my 7 day trial was over even though I had subscribed... I assume it's a bug with that.. Either way I called customer service and they took care of it right away, only took a few minutes.
  11. Thank you for the responses, this is on their website while trying to adjust account settings. And while I'm hopeful that it's something they're doing on their end it still is annoying / worrisome
  12. Is anyone else having this issue? It seems like there are a lot of things going wrong today so I'm kind of assuming that my issue is related.

I technically haven't paid yet, I am using a referral from someone because I wasn't sure I could even get it working, But so far it's been great and I forgot how fun this game was. I'll for real sub up and hopefully that'll take care of it.. (just wasn't sure of spending 70 bucks out of the gate was in my budget.)

Hello All, I started playing back when the game was first released and quit because the first major content patch completely broke my computer (was playing on a laptop with limited hard drive space). Anyways, I've recently gotten back into the game and there is a lot of content that states (must have x expansion) in order to equip item or whatever. It looks like expansions are free to subs but when you click on it it says $9.99. I know that it'd probably be better to talk to CS but thought i'd throw it out here... Do the Expansions cost? Do you effectively have to buy 4 or so expansions to be at the same place everyone else is?
