I bought a few CC from Steam since I play the game in that platform. However, I did not expect my purchase to not be reflected immediately, a few minutes, or an hour. Is this normal for any purchases made in Steam not be reflected immediately? I made an in-game ticket, no response. To other Steam players, how long did your purchased CC be reflected into your account? To those who are having the same problem as I, what did you do to resolve this issue?

A toon of mine has just reached Dark V. Normally it would have manifested as having glowing red eyes and very pale skin. However, my toon just continued looking like a Dark IV toon and not Dark V associated changes happened. Asking around, people who have Dark V told me that their toon corruption has manifested as expected. Can anyone share their insights on what is wrong or a possible solution to my problem.
