  1. The problem is since they drastically nerfed the Isotope droprate. Prior to the nerf all the savy guilds managed to get very cheap unlocks, you could buy bundles of isotopes in the 100's for very cheap prices. It cost literally no more than 5-10m credits per framework to craft a framework. So at absolute max you were paying 50m to unlock 1 room. At todays prices its more like 500m credits. So yeah that is not balanced or equal, no matter the guild size. So back to the math... considering a lot of rooms need 5 Frameworks, thats 250 Dark matter Projects. Thats in total 2000 isotopes to farm if you go the crafting route. Lets say 2/5 of the frameworks you get from conquest completion (which is quite high for small guilds), that still leaves obtaining over 1,200 isotopes. At at least 200,000 credits a pop to buy thats 240,000,000 credits. Per room! Get the isotopes yourself and I dread counting the hours and hours and hours of grind to get the isotopes. They need to up the Isotope droprate, I have been saying it ever since the nerf!
  2. Those calculations are all well and good and totally irrelevant. This is the only important info... You need to be subbed during THAT period to get it. You had to pay the full sub, not part of it, all of it. And you had to maintain that sub during a time of dwindling numbers and discontent. Can you go back in time to that period, no. It will have to be a new reward. So, if they do create a new reward for this again then it should have the same requirement, sub for the 7/8 months. Not backdated, but from a date in future time you need to remain subbed and then at the end of those 7/8 months you'll get the reward. Why should you be entitled to anything else? You want it then go through the same requirements. I'm against it, they should not re-run rewards that were in essence meant as exclusive rewards. That was how it was "sold", maybe not in exact wording but the intent and message certainly was exclusivity. Yep they didnt say they would never rerun the reward, but they also didnt say they would rerun the reward later.

The best thing about the "grace" period is it doesnt work in the new Dantooine heroics... you die there and rez then any trash mobs around still and it will immediately break you out of stealth and put you back in combat... release and run back is safest! The anti stealth in these heroics is too anti.

  5. Better yet just don't FORCE people to PVP. Rather than only have 1 weekly let people choose which weekly they want - The medals, the FP or the Ops. And equalise the time requirement. PVP one is by a long long mile the easiets of the bunch. Make the FP just 1 Master mode. Make the Ops one grant 2 crystals as it takes longer to do the Ops and the queues very rarely pop.
  6. Ah the joy of time zones. The Maintenance is/was to 4pm GMT which equals 5pm UK BST (British Summer Time). So no it's not late and has been extended for an as yet undetermined time. It's the same old story for past 7/8 years for us europeans I'm afraid you just have deal with the downtime

Whilst I understand the reason for requesting it, I also think it would be a bad idea to grant fleet chat to any other strongholds, it will just make fleet an empty and worthless space. it wouldn't feel like the hub it is supposed to be. Fleet would just be an empty void. There's enough shortcuts in this game i dont think we need another that would effectively end the over arcing "community" hub.
  8. Yeah this really needs upping to 35 min. With daily areas now giving out 10+ quests like Ossus and the Pirate event on Dantooine, you basically have to clear your log of anything else you've not made progress on. If it can't go in a log, then just give a personal droid we can buy from rep vendor or something to call out to pick up next quests, or somehting like that.
  9. I've been banging on about this for a while, BW really need to up the drop rate of these or make them more accessible. There are a number of things they could do from reducing numbers needed in crafting, making them available from jawa scraps, increasing drops to per char in MM, making them drop in Vet again, even giving them as conquest rewards would be good. or completing weekly heroics. Anything! The low availability has pushed all the prices up 5 even 10 fold on what they were - Dark Projects and guild ship plans now cost an absolute fortune because of it. Would really like an explanation if they won't adjust the drops. What is their thnking of keeping them a rare mat when they are needed on many items? And in high volumes too.
  10. Do you really need to run the story content all 1 minute of it 40 times? Surely after the first 20 it got boring?
  11. Are you just buying the Kingpin chips and a few smuggler ones to get the buff? If so thats where you're going wrong. Just buy smuggler chips only and roll, roll, roll til you get a nice stack of kingpins then play kingpin. 700 - 750 smuggler chips for a grand cost of about 1.5m = 190 to 200 kingpin chips, i got about 50 golden certs, 19 CMC's and the 1 merc, no mount tho. Admittedly the smuggler chip rolling is boring as hell just stick some music or a film on and click, click click away. But saves you 40-50m credits!

I don't think the OP was making any suggestion about it harming anyone and they didn't raise any issue with access to the vendors, they raised a legitimate question as to what others thought the market price would happen/be with these Deco's now that more CMC's are available. basically a would it or would it not have an impact question. Not sure why you got aggressive about that, your response seemed a little OTT.
  13. Yup but then the titles will only ever go to the mega guilds, why is that fair to other smaller guilds? You are forced to join the monopoly to get the title. Thats not a good thing. I dont blame mega guilds thats good for them the design is flawed though. A simple fix would be the title acheivement should go to top 5 or top 8 or even top 10 or something - planet brag can stay and go to top 1. But in my opinion they should change conquest to not be guild sized based. Just haivng a greater number of people in the guild shouldn't be deciding factor, not sure how you fix that though! They tried by settinhg small, medium, large yields but that failed as the mega &even big guilds still go for small yields lot of the time. Anyway I am certianly liking the easier routes this week to conquest totals,especially for alts.
  14. i know what you are getting at, but I would still prefer any dev time be put on new content rather than rehashed. What you propsoing isnt a simple tweak, it would take a lot of time and effort. Getting mechanics, animations, movements, sound etc and of difficulty balance right is probably the most time consuming part. So maybe lair bosses like Queen is way to go as fillers whilst they work on a full ops. Just my view, I agree content is slow, but unless they throw devs at it (which cost money - so unlikely) then not much will change I think.
