Clearly, people here are having a tough time with the concept of a "free market economy". In something like the Global Trade Network, nobody cares how much you "THINK" something should be "worth", and that isn't how "worth" is determined. "Worth" is determened by "how much somebody is willing to pay for it". A simple case of supply and demand. As somebody who is approaching 1 billion credits across all of my toons, trust me when I say, that if you regularly see 10-20 of Senya's Lightsabres in the GTN for 60-80 million each, it is because people are buying them for that much. And as far as the return of Companions goes, I have heard that the biggest factor determining whether or not a Companion returned, is because of the availability of the Voice Actors. Personally, I would rather them write the companions off if they couldn't secure the original Voice Actor. That's better than hiring somebody else who sounds sort of like them...

Do you have to finish with each character?

Can you skip chapters in KOTFE? Or The Eternal Throne? I would like to check out the new planets, but haven't finished the story lines. Just wondering if I can do that.

I am on Harbinger. Have the money, and the crafters. Are there any crafted greens that can DE into a MK-10 component? I can DE mods or armorings, but they are blue. Might be just cheaper to buy the MK-10 components or actual MK-10 kits. I have to either buy the mats to make the assembly components to make the blues to DE to get the components to make the MK-10 kits. Or just buy the components or kits outright.

I know that I will get laughed at for this, but all of the female toons introduced after 4.0 aren't as attractive as the ones before that. Vaylin, Lana, Senya, Acina are all pretty plain to look at. A lot of female toons before 4.0 were presented as attractive. Risha, Mako, Temple, Dorne, Watcher 2 were all good looking toons. Not sure if it is because they changed the models a bit in 4.0, but I pretty firmly believe: Vaylin should be hotter...

I have several toons who have Diplomacy, and they are either maxed Light side alignment, or maxed Dark side alignment. As I now send Companions on Diplomacy missions, even though it is listed as Light or Dark point missions, even when they return, sometimes the opposite faction points are applied, which temporarily lowers my alignment from 100000 Light, or raises my alignment from -100000 Dark. I am not sure if this is because they are applying Light or Dark points from the old system of Faction gaining through Diplomacy Missions, or not. Is anybody else seeing this?

Let's be real. WITH the light / dark component with no other trade skill being able to do it, Diplomacy was pretty useless. Now, it's uselesser... Sost

Diplomacy was always pretty useless, but I always used it as a way to control Light/Dark. Is there any reason to have it now? Do people actually use it for the mats gained from the missions?

Hey all, So a little backstory. I have played the game for years. I have literally, 16 level 65 toons. I have a couple hundred million credits between my toons. The thing is, that I have never grouped, never pvped, and always just soloed everything. It's getting to the point where I want to try to group up, but I am nervous to try. A friend of mine recently started playing, and now he has a couple level 65 toons. Tonight, with just the two of us and 2 companions, we tried some instances. We each have gear which has been self crafted which tends to be 208 - 212 ish gear. We did tactical instances with ease. Never dying except to silly things like forgetting positioning, and getting thrown off ledges, etc. Our Companions died a couple of times, mostly because they are idiots. For the most part, we didn't have any issues, although we had to look up boss tactics a couple of times on the internet because we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. So, because it was SO easy, we decided to try a hard mode instance with the 2 of us and our companions. Both of our companions are around level 30 influence. This one didn't go well. We wiped several times... sometimes on trash mobs or getting patrol adds, etc. We did manage to kill a couple of bosses, but it wasn't working well, and we were unable to finish the instance. So, my question is, is hardmode the next progression after tactical? There didn't seem to be anything in between. The problem is, that I don't know tactics well, and I am not sure I am ready to jump into hard mode group finder... I hear that some group members can be fairly demanding, and I have no doubt I would do something wrong and piss somebody off. So, thoughts on how I should proceed? Any insight here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I just calculated that I have 240 million between my 16 toons. If you want to get credits, it is pretty simple to do.

So, with the new buff, is there any need to do any other quests? Or could you go from 1-55 just by doing your class quests? I have played around a bit, and with just a class xp boost, I seem to finish the entire range of a planet just doing the class quests. Sost
