  1. If bitraider is active, you'll see a "ST" in the lower left corner of the launcher. See this image for reference https://i.ytimg.com/vi/1n3N3MSDndE/maxresdefault.jpg It will be absent if bitraider is not active.
  2. Command tokens remain on the legacy server they were earned on and did not transfer. I haven't seen different information regarding this, so I assume that's the way it still works. The GTN recommendation mentioned earlier is a good idea. However, the GTN is a fickle beast to tame apparently, and has been since beta. I don't recall the exact details, but they tried to either fix some coding or make improvements and ended up breaking it so badly they had to disable it for a couple of months. I would love to see GTN improvements, like removing the "Usable by" since it never really worked right from the start. Or adding one or two more stat drop downs so you can further whittle down the exact mod you're looking for, or not having perform 3 searches to view the various armor pieces for cosmetic reasons.
  3. If you're talking about the DvL victory status that used to be on the GC window, it can be found on the galaxy map now. I didn't see any information either, and was hoping they finally rid the galaxy of that near permanent light side bonus.
  4. I can confirm that all listed FP's must have a green check mark. I wasn't receiving credit either until I unlocked Umbara, then I started getting credit.
  5. First off, welcome back! If it's been that long since you've played, then a lot has happened since then with companions. The most notable at the time was their influence. Their new max influence level is now 50, and max influence from the old system set them at level 10 in the new system. Conversation choices which yield companion influence now always give positive influence, just a higher or lower amount based on choice. You can no longer lose influence with companions. Companion gifts are also more accessible with vendors on fleet and Odessa and can purchased with credits. A savvy person can level a companion from 1-50 for approximately 4.5 million credits. My personal method is to use rank 1 gifts to influence 20, then rank 5 gifts to influence 50. This takes awhile due to the amount of gifts you have to click. Both Rank 1 and Rank 5 gifts can be purchased on fleet. Rank 6 gifts on Odessa greatly reduce the time, but cost a lot more compared to Rank 5's. As for the pants and weapons, known issue for years now. This happened when the KotFE chapters launched and they took away all of the old companions. I doubt it will be fixed any time soon as it's not a high priority.
  6. With a fresh, untouched influence 1 companion, it takes 195 rank 1 companion gifts to reach influence 15 at a cost of 39k credits. From influence 15 to 50, it takes 454 rank 5 purple gifts at 10k credits each. Total overall cost 4.579 mil credits. Rank 5 gifts from 40-50 give 399 influence, compared to 1331 from rank 6. As you can see, it takes 3.33 rank 5 gifts to equal one rank 6 gift for influence. That's saving you around 215k to get the same amount of influence. You could get it cheaper if you take your companion to influence 20 with rank 1 gifts, but that means buying an additional ~400 rank 1 gifts. The cheapest route I got, but also the longest for clicking, cost me 4.3 mil total on a fresh companion.
  7. Use your companions - Vette for pistols, Pierce for Rifles and Jaesa for polesabers. Assault cannons can be used by one of the alliance alert companions, the one from belsavis iirc, Krohl I think his name is. I'm just going to say I'm not thrilled with how they managed these packs and the BoP items. BW admits it wasn't the best idea, but didn't want the items being sold and traded. BoL items don't get added to collections at all, so they avoided that altogether. If they just made legacy items a part of collections, this wouldn't be an issue. And the drops from them suck anyways. They're piece-mealing the armor sets instead of just rewarding a full set per crate. My luck has never been that great with packs, so I expect to get jack squat from them.
  8. Cartel Market items cannot be sold to a vendor, regardless if they are bound or not. Companion gifts, although obtained via cartel packs, are not considered CM items. CM packs and their rewarded items will have a minimum 36 hour timer for subscribers before they can be traded or sold via the GTN. If you buy a pack from the CM, it will have the timer. If you open that pack immediately, any CM items such as armor, weapons etc will each have their individual timers. Crates will have their own timer as well and can be sold/traded as a bundle, and if you open the crate, the contained items will have their individual timers. It sounds like a lot of waiting but its really not as long as you're not letting timers expire before doing whatever it is you're going to do with the items. Collections items are special in that they cannot be vendored, sold on the GTN or traded among players as they are bound to the character which unlocked the item. These are unlocks for that character only, unless you pay additional CC to unlock the item for your account. Armor set pieces must all be unlocked on the same character to count towards the collections unlock. You cannot split armor set unlocks between two characters even if you have the full set between the two. Armor sets must be unlocked on the same character to count towards the collections unlock. Collections is a historian of collected items and storage so you don't have to mule the items on another character.
  9. The 216 and 220 hilts can be crafted by anybody who has learned them by RE. I didn't see this mentioned, but those hilts are also bugged with the GTN, you can find them under barrels or do a search for hilt 42/hilt 43.
  10. If you're asking can a shadow tank use a 1HLS, the answer is Yes since they have the certification for it. However, some key abilities, regardless of AC, require you to use a specific weapon. In the case of Shadows, a polesaber would be required, so you should always use a polesaber. If you're asking about removing the attachments from a guardians 1HLS and putting them into your Shadows polesaber, the answer is Yes, provided you can get them over from your Guardian to your Shadow via a legacy saber passed through your legacy bank.
  11. At least yours is still open, they keep closing mine without actually providing any service. Four tickets posted since KotFE early access and I am not even sure if the last one posted properly, it never showed in the ticket list.
  12. Right! I'm sitting here thinking "Spend real money on virtual goods versus spend virtual money on virtual goods?" Makes sense.
  13. I found this thread via the merc forums and there you said this is a bug, it's not and is working as intended. First let me preface my explanation with how I do understand what you're saying and asking for. And I agree that the mechanics could be better from a QoL perspective. With that said however, we would only gain the ability to not lose our target when we want to use rapid shots on ourselves while csc is active. Right now the mechanics call for us to "target" ourselves, which is currently set to F1. You talk about a self target modifier key, and it's right there, F1. However, we lose our target when that happens. You could overcome this by using focus target, but you would give up using that for your main heal target. I sincerely hope the ability gets refined in the future to where we don't have to lose our hostile target, but I personally believe that calling it bugged is reaching since it does work as designed. Having a "self use" modifier regardless of our target would be awesome provided it got applied to all healers at least, or just applied to every class.
  14. Or the various other bugs that have been around since beta such as the FP CTD issue.
