Well it does make you hit harder, take more damage, and generate more heals so it definitely helps more than just slightly. Skews it against groups who chose not to cheat and take advantage of the exploit. Almost encourages it. Meh to each their own. Happy raiding....

Good guide. I was Madness all of 2.0 (even when it sucked) and used to love that spec. Now it's crap sadly. My rotation is slightly different but same principles. Tried a couple of parses and my best was 4225. Very sad Gear is 192s mostly and I was being cheap and using the old reusable adrenal. http://i.imgur.com/BYaIk36.png?1 Lightning im running 4.6+. Hopefully they fix the spec and make both viable in the future.
