  1. One thing Saberwing has done to prevent issues like this is to restrict guild bank tabs specifically to rank. Only our highest officers can access the tab that contains our most valuable assets. Alts are brought in at ranks below this that have severe limitations on the amount of withdraws until they are verified. Definitely look into restricting the bank tabs if you haven't done so already.
  2. Thank you again for your hard work! Rather than create another thread right now I'll just post the Tanking Min/Max spreadsheet I've made here. The Values tab has all of the information saved from KBN's original post. SWTOR Tanking Min/Max and Augment Spreadsheet
  3. I have heard, I do not know the cost, that you can purchase glasses that correct some aspects of colour issues due to colour blindness. While not ideal, it would help.
  4. And if neither of those suit your fancy - feel free to look up Saberwing. It would be hard to find a more laid back crew that likes to kill stuff - quite a few of us are older, have families, have jobs, and have been gaming together for a while so you would be welcome to join us. We have quite a few families and couples that are in guild.
  5. Had a few NORbies join us for that NiM EC run - that was fun. We then played around in ToS later, Braxton was an amazing resource - thank you again. We had our first full clear of Ravagers this last week. Took some newer folks into HM SNV. GSF queues have been popping and we are sitting cozy on Corellia for conquests.
  6. Saberwing - the largest GSF guild for the Republic on the Ebon Hawk - heartily supports this event! If you are looking for a group you can do a /cjoin GSF (this works for both Republic and Imperial sides) or a /cjoin SBR (Pub side) to ask for a group. Groups of 4 will be balanced to have newer pilots paired with those with more experience within our ops groups. Our voice chat will be available for this event as well. Saberwing TS Info: sabercult.com pw: darkbluecheese Looking forward to flying with and against you folks!

  8. Recently started an operations group Thursday at 8 EST. Looking for 2 tanks and a healer to run a Wednesday night ops group. The day and time is subject to change by group consensus. Sunday fun run at 4 EST is going to be 16 man NiM EC. (hope to get some NORbies to join us!)
  9. Time differences. That screenie is a different group altogether from the one we had from about 8-9:30 eastern.
  10. I never saw any "turret nonsense". It was a fun setup. Usually we would attack the Imps at their base, die to people just outside of the turrets but perhaps within the range of NPCs. I can only recall just a handful of people dying to turrets on either side for the hour and a half we were there. We would try to meet them in the middle on respawn. But you know how large groups go! We'd get strung out, become easy fodder, die, and then regroup again at our base. After that, we'd push back, usually through. There was a good stint there for about 15 minutes where we steadily pushed into their base and then had to slowly retreat. There was some awesome work by some of the PvPers on staying alive despite all the blaster fire and lightsabers. Sorry you missed out on all the fun.
  11. When Saberwing first heard the call for PvP in the Black Hole, we had no idea what to expect. We took our two PvP groups there and formed up with folks from The Core, The Defender Program, and a few other people who responded in /enemies (/cjoin enemies for PvP grouping info). We had a BLAST in the Black Hole! The back and forth between bases, the steady retreats and the difficult pushes. It was most enjoyable. Thank you Imps for the fun. We should play in the Black Hole again sometime.
  12. Ah, SWG. Saberwing spent a TON of time in SWG on Starsider. Space, PvP, and enjoying some PvE activities takes up our time. Even if you don't join us, it's always good to talk to another person who understands SWG's unique atmosphere.
  13. If I weren't a Saber, I'd be a New Outrider! These folks are some of the best around! Impside and Pubside conquests...impressive!
  14. Outlaws Den would be the perfect host for such a spectacle.
  15. I'm reminded of a story: A young, up-and-coming business man was invited to a rich, well established Tycoon's home for a dinner party. Many people were invited and the young business man came a little later than intended; traffic and business had kept him longer than expected. But when he arrived there wasn't much seating left at the table. Judging by some of the folks who were already seated, he knew he already had far more wealth and potential than some of them could ever hope to achieve. Others he saw were some of his competition, others still role models. There was only one seat left near where the Tycoon would sit or a few seats near the far end of the table next to the folks who were far lower on the totem pole. Of course that young man sat near where he should sit. He sat in that last seat by the Tycoon. When they Tycoon entered the room to begin the party. The Tycoon did not begin the party as the young man expected. Rather they Tycoon reprimanded the young man for being presumptuous and arrogant and cast the young man out of the party for his insolence. That was the day the young man learned something.
