You're right, if people spec into it, the Stealth gives a run speed boost, and evasion does remove DoTs.
I'd still gladly give it up instead of the armor penetration, stun length, and opener damage. But really, we're getting off of the original topic that I had in mind, and I find it very strange that you guys are more worried about not getting a kill from a player running away (which really, removes them from the fight, which is what killing them does) than getting killed quickly.
