  1. 1 Hour wait time to get in eh... lol. Bleh, thats a really long time.
  2. Thanks, 4:1 seems like the best I can find. Most servers are 10:1 or even worse... I'll check it out.
  3. Still no response. Jesus, this makes me want to quit even more and not even give them a chance in the future. They said there will be no cross server LFD, so that REALLY kills republic, why would you go republic when every server is dominated by imps? Stupid, stupid, stupid, so much time wasted. Do SOMETHING to fix this imbalance or this game will die within a couple months... server pops are already dropping like a rock.
  4. As I figured, no responses, probably because there are no servers where republic even stands a chance on Illum. Sad news.
  5. I'm going to give this game one more chance by rolling repub. I have two 50 empire and quite honestly it's very boring at level 50 right now and being empire just adds to that, I'm sick and tired of the darth, evil, BS. So, is there any server where at the very least the republic MATCHES the amount of empire? If not, which server has the best republic presence?
  6. Since, according to BW, this is now the main travel system thread, I'm going to bump it to bring it some more attention. To all the people saying the travel makes it feel more real or fun... It's star wars, and a video game, nothing can be further from real, absolutely nothing, unless you add unicorns...or quadracorns. Here's my take on the travel system at the moment: I love walking/riding through zones just to have to go through a spaceport, click on an elevator, go up the elevator, run all the way to my ship which is oddly really far out into the dock, click on the galaxy map, fly to another planet, exit the ship, run to the elevator which is also oddly really far out, go down the elevator, then run all the way to a point at which I can ride a speeder that goes 20 mph to get to my destination. Oh man, and how about those quests where you have to go back to kaas at level 30-50? Those are the greatest. Having to walk/ride through my zone to go to the spaceport, click on the elevator, go up the elevator, run all the way to my ship which is oddly really far out, click on the galaxy map, fly to kaas, exit my ship, run to the elavator, go up the elevator, run outside to the speeder which goes 20mph, take the speeder to south kaas city, be forced to run/ride up to the flyer that takes you to the quest area that you need to go to, do the quest, run back to the flyer, fly it back to northern kaas city, run/ride all the way down to the lower kaas city speeder, take the speeder that goes 20mph to the spaceport, run all the way to the elevator, take the elevator down, run all the way out to my ship which is oddly far out, enter the ship, run to my galaxy map, go back to the planet I was on, exit the ship, run to the elevator which is oddly far away, go down the elevator, and run all the way to where I can take a speeder back to where I originially was. I'm obviously not being sarcastic.
  7. I had a record yesterday, I was on Illum when a friend needed help on Kaas, it took me about 30 minutes to get back to what I was doing because of all the traveling. And that's the record for the shortest amount of time. Us gamers don't have lives, we can definitely take the time to do all of this just to help people out, obviously we're all that one guy on the animated comedy central show that made fun of that one online game that we all know what I'm talking about.
  8. NOW THATS SOME PURE EXCITEMENT!!!
  9. My thoughts exactly, most of us who are currently subbed just "like" the game. "like"ing a game will only get us to play it for a few months, we're waiting to see if there's something that will make us "love" the game. Until then, the sub numbers will continue to drop like flies, and so will their 200 million dollar software.
  10. The game is currently in debt and not really making any sort of profit, I doubt they'd hold an expensive convention for a game that is costing more to make than they're receiving in sub $.
  11. Keep closing down threads that provide constructive criticism. Since I know you'll see this, and close it, just know you lost 5 people's subs within the last 30 seconds. Think it's nothing? Ok then, keep watching the server populations drop down to light even during peak hours and watch your 200 million dollar game drown to death, you should really tell it to stop trying to breathe, it's only breathing in water and making it more painful.
  12. Quoted for stupidity. I lol'd at this post. Rifts were actually a very minor part in the game itself.
  13. I wasn't talking about the rift events in rift. I was talking about the events, like the coin events where you can get gear from closing certain rifts during some time frame. It made it feel like there was something -different- in the game. In this game we don't even have a christmas. Shame.
  14. They don't communicate with -anyone-, whiners or people giving constructive criticism. The sub numbers are dropping and dropping, the server pops are dropping even faster. Even Darth Sion has a low fleet population during peak hours, and it's known as the imperial dominated server. I'm just pointing out the flaws before this game has the same fate as SWG, and it is heading in that direction very...very fast.
  15. Oh, and my sorc is level 36 and on the level 43 class quest, I don't even know where to go with that char. Guess my 3rd 50 won't be that one. I could go back to the boring planets and do the same boring side quests over and over... but, that would take weeks to get from 36 to 43. /facepalm.
