I'm a lvl 40 BH and every game has been against other imps, i recall 2-3 leavers throughout the 2hours playing, they werent replaced either.

Had the exact same team numbers against me 4-5 games in a row today, all i can say is the opposing teams were comprised of at least one premade and we never recieved additional reinforcements for the duration of any game. on Peragus mining facility.
