Also, it states that you are the outlander. "Whether Jedi, Sith, soldier, or mercenary, you are a veteran of the Great Galactic War. But your greatest challenge is yet to come." So I doubt there would be a new character to play. It will just be a carry on with your existing characters. It would be cool to have new races but what other classes could you play as? Astro driod ?

I doubt they will make it up to us... "its a technical fault" < that will be their answer to this.

When a server crashes severely or some other quite undesirable things happen (people exploiting and in-game economy gets ****ed up as a consequence, for example), the company might decide to roll the server back to a previous backup. It's basically like restoring an old save game. Of course for an MMO this is a last resort as many people will lose progress and or rare drops they might have achieved. I doubt there will be a rollback due to this crash. That was a post on another forum!! They better not do a rollback!!
