Bioware,
I, like many others in the gaming community, really appreciate being left in the dark as to why the game that I pay a monthly subscription for is broken, to the point where I can't even run the launcher.
I enjoy not knowing whether or not I will get the early access to the new expansion that I paid for several months ago.
I enjoy not knowing whether or not you, as the game developer, are actively seeking to remedy this problem, or just sweeping it under the rug.
However, as much as I appreciate not knowing anything about these issues, I feel it is time to put aside my own personal preferences, and ask that, for the greater good of the SWTOR community, you actually come out and say something to address this issue.
I realize that I am asking a lot of you, Bioware. However, in between all the time you've had to post new updates all over the website on Rise of the Hutt Cartel, Game Update 2.0, and respond to so many other threads on these forums since Tuesday, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that you'll be able to spare a few minutes somewhere to let us know WHY THE GAME IS BROKEN AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO FIX IT.
