  1. Here's the thing, this will be abused by some people as we have seen from the OP's links it has been done before what makes you thing it won't happen again? is the Swtor community so much better then other games? of course not. Also to those who think that BW should/would ban people who abuse the system. This has been implemented because BW wants to remove the work they have to do in checking reports, why would they then want to check even more reports of people claiming to have been banned unfairly? your ticket will get the usual copy/paste response that all the rest do. This is plain and simply an attempt by BW to cut some more costs by removing the human component which they have to pay.
  2. I guess some of you should read the Tos. -Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything to another player that is unwanted. This includes posting insulting, offensive, or abusive comments about players, repeatedly sending unwanted messages, attacking a player based on race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. Hate speech is not tolerated. (See also “Harassment Policy” below.) -Harassment consists of misuse and/or abuse of game mechanics and verbal harassment with the intention of distressing and offending other players. Game mechanics allow players to interact with the world and each other. For example, the ability to block a doorway is a game mechanic. Use of game mechanics like these is by no means considered harassment in and of itself. The key to determining whether the mechanic is being misused or abused is to determine "intent." Reported incidents are not considered harassment until it is determined by the SWTOR CS that it was done to intentionally to cause distress or to offend other players -Harassment is also any behavior that is incessant, inescapable, derogatory and directed specifically at you or your group. Before reporting, a genuine attempt to alleviate the situation should be made by leaving the area or the offending player, or asking them politely to stop. If a sincere attempt has been made to solve the problem and the offending player persists in the behavior, it should be reported. -Zone Disruption This refers to disrupting locations within the game so that it inhibits the play of or provides a level of disruption to other players. This can include excessive disruption of player sponsored events or gatherings, excessive use of sounds or visuals, blocking areas of the game, pulling creatures over and over so no one else may kill them, and killing specific vendors, key creatures or quest givers for no reason other than to cause disruption or ‘grief’ to others -Organize, effectuate or participate in any activity, group, guild that is harmful, abusive, hateful, racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise offensive, obscene, threatening, bullying, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, encourages conduct that would violate a law or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable and/or inappropriate. Hate speech is not tolerated. -Engage in disruptive behavior in chat areas, game areas, forums, or any other area or aspect of EA Services. Disruptive behavior includes but is not limited to conduct which interferes with the normal flow of gameplay or dialogue within an EA Service. Disruptive behavior shall also include, but not be limited to, commercial postings, solicitations and advertisements. -Player versus Player (“PvP”) activities, where available, are not exempt from this policy. Thats 6 points of the Tos and Rules of conduct this violates. The appropriate action is to report them and IF Bioware finds them violating something then they will take action, all your doing is ruining the game experience of other to satisfy your own butthurttedness.
  3. So many people are missing the point and this thread has gotten far off topic. Sexy doesn't mean more skin it means sexy, I refer you to https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=avengers+black+widow+costume&hl=en&safe=off&client=opera&hs=lJL&tbo=d&rls=en&channel=suggest&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=jioNUZyEKqia1AXCgoCIDQ&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAA&biw=1000&bih=583 no one can deny SJ looks sexy as Black Widow without showing any skin and I would love my Imp agent to be in something like this.
  4. This happens to me as well, currently there is no work around i've found.
  5. So many ppl talk so much rubbish, there is a naming policy and it should be enforced, I can guarantee if I made a toon called nineelevenftw or Binladanforprez that would get changed rather fast.
  6. If you read that an thought it meant 11k hp in sub 50 wz or sub 50 gear in pvp then you didn't read and understand the post or your just trying to troll.
  7. Every decent Mara/sent does this because we all learned rather quickly that all our set bonuses suck hardcore and I can guarantee it works.
  8. If pvp in swtor is fine and balanced why is it all the serious pvpers who came at launch have left? and bear in mind these people left before smashmonkeys and bubble stun.
  9. I notice most of the replies here are about Imp players, try playing a shadow or sage and then see how you feel.
  10. So how does any of this help the OP out with his problem? if he had thousand of BH coms maybe, but what about other comms? Columi and tionese is basically obsolete because you can transfer BH mods via legacy and daliy coms are even more pointless. what we need is some kind of comms exchange system to swap one type for another like Wz and RWZ coms.
  11. The fact you weren't a Star Trek fan is what made the movie watchable, however for those of us that are Star trek fans the movie was a disappointment to say the least. Having Abrams as director add the possibility of him doing the same to StarWars.
  12. There is a simple way to answer this really. Most people start off as clickers, i did way back when I first started playing and yes I did reasonably well. However as with all things I evolved my play style to a better one and that was key-binding. There is a reason the best players in the world (on any game) use key binds, it is faster and it does eventually become much easier. I can't imagine playing any game now without key binding all my abilities and i doubt I could play any game as well without them. There is no reason to not learn to key bind, at first it may feel odd or strange but when you get used to it you will look back like I do and think "did I really used to do that!"
  13. Erm, you guys know that you can already avoid gaining xp in a wz by leaving just before the scoreboard pops up right? I'm sure this option would increase the amount of scrubs that thing they are a twink, just like Burning Crusade did in wow, but Swtor pvp is far to different. Unlike in wow a couple of well played lvl 20's can kill a full geared 49 twink. I know from experience of playing against and having a 49 twink(let the hate flow).
  14. I have to agree 100%. I'm a full 63 BiS sent yet I've never done more then the first boss in EC Nightmare, not that I couldn't but most of my guild never get to the level where they can because people keep leaving so we have to recruit new people and gear them up.
  15. So. yeah I'm wondering what the point of this thread is? we all know ninjas are out there, whether through ignorance or idiocy but making a thread on the forums tying to get some validation for you butt-hurt feeling is just as immature. You clearly know what a ninja is and that they exist, this is a pointless thread can we get it locked now.
