Is it really that big of a deal to just give sorcerers a minor buff, they are clearly below par in certain regions, and their ability to be played well is entirely incumbent of the minmaxing of experts, making them an more difficult class to play for people new to the game. Even just a minor, slight, marginal increase in cast time for madness, and a tiny crit boost for lightning would make them comparable to other classes without expert minmaxing.
