  1. I confirm this works. I had to leave the mission map to see the Tyrant on the Galaxy Map. A quick trip to my stronghold was all it took, then a free trip to the Tyrant to continue the quest. Thanks for the tip.
  2. Elara should have Aim for certain.
  3. It looks like it will be a good patch. Whether some of the features "should have" been in for launch or not is meaningless. They're implementing them in 1.2. Can't wait to see the new tools, especially the guild bank.
  4. It may be confusing to some since the trooper healer companion comes with some cunning gear. (Unless something has changed since I got this companion).
  5. Dorne. She's a more capable leader, calculating and organized. Jorgan did the job before, but he reasons that he should be a Lieutenant because he was one before. I'm not promoting someone just because they're having a bad month.
  6. It's an interesting thread, even if it's hypothetical. Personally, I went with Power first. I prefer a steady stream of bonus damage, and fill the role of emergency healer in my squad. I do not often pull aggro away from my tank and seem to do good damage at my current level (35). That said, wouldn't it make more sense for me to stack up the critical when I'm solo? I neither am healing nor trying to help my tank. (My companion is not a tank). My plan is to stay with power until 50, then build a second suit for critical and see how they compare. On the topic of alacrity, this thread has convinced me to stay away from it, even with my emergency healing.
  7. I don't think you can get Grav Round with hitting the max node in combat medic. Grav Round is one of the major attacks for the Gunnery Commando. If you're going to dedicate yourself to combat medic, you'll need to sacrifice the damage that the grav round would give.
  8. There's a lot of good PvE information about this here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=105904
  9. Bioware is aware of chat issues: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=863374#edit863374
  10. It would be nice to have a way to match the colors. I'll wait for BW to come up with a proper system that suits everyone's needs. Here's a demotivational pic I put together using a shot of my companion wearing his battle-ready gear (meaning, I didn't put this together to be funny; this was what he was wearing for a while) http://files1.guildlaunch.net/guild/library/gallery/222061/trooper_sad8125.jpg Taste the rainbow!
  11. Or try to have the Guildmaster remove guild chat view/post access, save, then re-enable. I've been able to fix my officer's problem twice this way. For party chat, try leaving the group, modifying the chat tab to not display party chat, turning it back on, then joining the party again.
