  1. Just adding in my "me too" for this. I only have characters on one server, though I was of course merged onto a server with other folks at some point during my two year absence, and only the one Legacy. Being a completionist, this is driving me a little crazy.
  2. They could just make them all hoodless as they look with the Twi'lek anyway. Of course, that'd also mean they'd have to fix the disappearing hair/jewelry/horns when the hood disappears thing. So maybe it's a wash.
  3. I haven't done the math, but it seems okay to me. Remember, it'll only proc if Flying Fists gets that second hit in. So listen for the thump-thump sound, then the chuckle that follows. It is possible the second hit isn't proccing enough for Flying Fists, but I have yet to see the second hit happen and not get the chuckle and UH charge.
  4. From what I remember reading around launch, this was the compromise for Twi'leks -- they can't wear hoods and hats clip weird. Someone said it was determined that the resources necessary to make Twi'leks look right in those things would mean they couldn't do other things, etc. I wish I remembered more of what I read, but it's been too long. Gist of that is, don't expect it to change. If it bothers you that much, reroll, because better now than later.
  5. I have two characters that are just barely done with the first planet and two characters that I've rolled and done nothing with yet. I'm holding off on playing these characters until we get more details. It's hard to do, too, for someone who loves playing alts. I figure getting four characters through their stories should be enough to tide me over, though.
  6. Load times seem to have gotten much longer for me the last week or so. It's a few minutes now (up to maybe five) at the worst. I used to be more like a minute, tops. I wonder what changed. Anyway, I play Triple Town on my iPad. I am SO ADDICTED to that game. Or sometimes I go get a drink of water. Or read a magazine.
  7. I would totally play this game even if it wasn't Star Wars. I love the story. You could find replacements for the Star Wars elements and most of the story elements would still be great. I'm obviously in the minority here. This being a Star Wars game and a Bioware game caught my attention, but the gameplay itself is what keeps me interested.
  8. The appearance slot only affects their look (skin tone, hair style and color, cybernetics), not their equipment.
  9. Do you have Bloom off and AA on for some reason? That makes holograms disappear. I ran into that the other night.
  10. I've tweeted at him a couple of times too, but he hasn't tweeted at all since Wednesday, so I think maybe he's not reading that stuff right now. I'm waiting for a time when I see him actively replying to others to try again.
  11. I'm content to vent here and be productive (tickets, etc.) elsewhere.
  12. Granted, but your point was that one was the only without a love gift. If you've expanded to include "or alternate method by which to quickly gain affection," I'll concede the point.
  13. Still not true. Qyzen doesn't love anything even when you're a female Consular. It's frustrating.
  14. It's actually rather simple. The opposing faction player must be specifically targeted to be hit by an unflagged player. The problem occurs when AoE hits the flagged player (or his companion maybe?). If I am targeting a mob or targeting nothing (as for much AoE) and am not flagged, players should not be hit. There are more complicated systems which introduce more safeguards against other exploits (standing on top of an NPC so someone right-clicks on the griefer by accident, for example), but this one targeting check would help quite a bit.
  15. Despite the probable futility, I have tweeted again. I will continue to hope, because I'm just naive like that.
