  1. That's a brand new one that has never been on the CM. Metallic Red/Pink. Welcome to hitting the lottery. only Metallic Red/Black and Black/Red Black/Black, Gold/Silver Silver/Gold have been offered in the CM so far
  2. The original black dyes aren’t really true black. Except for the Underworld Boss dye. Which is noticeably closer. The new Metalic Black dyes are much much closer to black. So the older dyes stand out by comparison.
  3. did you also do the Lane Visla stuff? Because that seemed much more extensive than the mainline story quests. And was fun and entertaining.
  4. I don't believe it's selectable. It isn't a new graphics setting or feature. It's a change to how the lighting works in game. It just is.
  5. If you open the character screen while wearing the Couriers Uniform for the Lane Vizla quests there is a large pixelated black blotch instead of your weapon (dualsaber in my case) It disapears as soon as you put your armor back on.
  6. They indicate an activation point for the quest you are on. Either go there and something will happen. Or that's where you need to use the quest device, depending on the mission.
  7. Gaden-Ko should have been a consular companion. The Gormack that the Inquisitor takes off Voss should have been a companion. One of the Esh Ka, Thana Vesh
  8. There is also some new exotic form of DDOS going on this week. It seems able to generate a ton more traffic with fewer compromised systems. Reports are it is heavily targeting Amazon, Google and major Social Media servers. So that might be some impact. It could also be AWS's traditional habit of not delivering the actual bandwidth and server response that they promise the client they can.
  9. Love or hate the Season's Companions they at least provided a feeling of reward. As you collected and changed their appearance over the course of the season. Taking them out and not replacing them with something equally compelling just feels flat. I mean the season rewards feel very very generic. They'r eliterally giving us a stack of 10 Office Garbage Cans as one of the rewards. For those who say we have so many Companions, we have even more mounts. So many that they are all but invisible to us. We either pick one we like or just hit random. 3v-1L actually looked like a cool companion to have. An evil counterpart to T-7. I admit that previous season companions have been gibbering dullards, squawking and honking at us to know real sense of story. But they at least look cool.
  10. Same issue. CTD twice just trying to get my completed GTN sales. Starforge. When attempting to log back in it tells me "My Characters are not available due to Maintenance" even though there is no maintenance and the characters are there.
  11. Vendor Purchased Rank 5 Companion gifts will no longer merge stacks or combine in your inventory. You cannot combine stacks. Purchasing new will not go to an existing stack and instead will take another inventory space. Broken since 7.3b.
  12. Liked The Voice Work was superb all around. Malgus was fantastic. Even though it felt like we've tread this path before. It was great seeing more voiced characters. Theron and Lana getting some good stuff. Ogorub and Sana Rae. Even a few of the psychotic and Sociopathic Voss could be amusing at times. The new Voss area looks gorgeous. The new FP is gorgeous and feels very different for SWTOR. Running it Story Mode it almost felt a little old school WoW or similar fantasy game. The "Dungeon" was telling its story through environment and puzzles. Not cutscenes and dialog. The whole place had a nice creepy vibe. well done. It was nice seeing some extended dialog from characters we thought had been put in the Schrodinger's NPC Box never to be seen again because somewhere somebody had an option to kill them. Thus preventing any major use in the future. Somebody clever has figured out some decent storytelling ways around that. Did Not Like Dear GOD! We get subjected to the oldest most annoying cliche of MMO's after waiting months for the next story crumb. "Nevermind that you are the Outlander, Leader of the most powerful faction in the Galaxy. You have led vast fleets and defeated Empires and Gods. You still must prove yourself to the three arrogant sociopaths that rule the Voss. Nevermind that you have already saved their world... twice. They wont talk to you until you earn their favor. SO START WAITING ON TABLES IN THE CANTINA! Here's your Mop! And don't forget to take out the trash!" REALLY? WE'RE DOING THIS AGAIN? There were all of these wonderful incredibly acted cutscenes. With deep resonant voices delivered with deep solemn concern. And it went absolutely nowhere. We learned one teeny tiny detail more about Darth Nul. We learned nothing about Malgus. Any major story movement was delivered in a movie cutscene that our character had no interaction with or knowledge of. And it ends like hitting a brick wall of "duh!" Oh look another chosen one fate of the Galaxy Prophecy. Thanks guys! Big help there! The TL:DR of it is you're dripping out actual story tidbits too slowly. There's no big reveal and no cliffhanger hook leaving us waiting anxiously for the next. The KOTOR Cutscenes are no longer an homage. They are now an annoyance. Can we bring up the big mystery of the Darth Nul artifact that Tau Idair found? She didn't recognize what it was? Our Jedi characters didn't recognize what it was? Are they idiots? well okay Tau seems a bit of a dim bulb at times, but really? We all have to truck it to Dr Ogorub so he can look at it and proclaim "It's a L######### you freaking morons"
  13. The PVP set looks worth it just for those pants! We don't have a lot of loose or gathered pants. The pants alone are primo Space Barbie. The rest of it I'll give you is a kinda meh Space Samurai thing that we've all seen a thousand times. Why does the High Roller set appear to have 1 metal nipple?
  14. Can confirm. Impossible to preview anything for more than a second. Seems related to them moving the Reset button in the preview interface
  15. It's actually not a bad way to strip a large amount of Credits out of the economy, without having a large impact on most. The problem is Credits enter the game economy several orders of magnitude faster than they exit it. This is part of the cause of the huge GTN inflation. They need some common tasks that take a little bit out every time we do something. Now the one mistake they did make is it should only kick in after the starter planets or level 20.
