Are those mission rewards, commendations, drops? I haven't been to Oricon yet...

Hey there! I am a resubscriber and have not played since 1.0. I am currently level 54 and will probably be hitting 55 tonight. I wanted to know if there is a link or a guide to best in slot gear before Ops. I was big into PVP when the game first came out, but I have been loving flashpoints and want to get into Ops. I am an Arsenal Merc, and saw a great guide by Oddawg about speccing and ability priority, but I wanted to know what I should be running/grinding, and how I should be going about getting ready for Ops. If running Hardmodes is the best way to get gear, then I would love to meet people who are in the same boat. These queues can be brutal. My Merc's name is Discogasmic, The Bastion server, and I am a west coast player usually on around 7P-12A PST. Thanks in advance all!

Listen, know the class before you cry about it. It's not the (arsenal) mercs fault that he has to use tracer 3 times (even with the talents) to get heat sigs on you to put out DPS. If pyro were as good for mercs as it is for PTs, more people would use it. The fact of the matter is that arsenal is the superior spec for both pvp and pve for a mercenary. Tracer missle is a quick, hard hitting ability that we base all of our other abilities around. Get over it.

Hey all, Wasn't sure where the best place to post this was so general it is! I run the game on a pc at home but my only laptop is a macbook pro I use for work. It's the 2007 model with the silver keys and the base specs are: Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 2.2 GHz Memory: 2 GB (upgrading to 4GB) Chipset Model: GeForce 8600M GT I was wondering if running Windows 7 in boot camp works with this model and if the game runs okay. Has anyone tried it? I have a few friends that play off boot camp with iMacs and the new model macbook pros. Thanks!

remove shoulder slam which doesn't even work in pvp. add jet boost for mercs for survivability. not asking for a lot man

I am not even getting to that point, my ramjet thing won't work to boost up to the engineer. I am turning on the thermal shield and then I go to use the ramjet and nothing. any ideas? I reset the instance/relogged

Our group usually gets to 5-0 in Huttball then plays keep away and mercs people, I didn't know this was a problem...we are trying to lvl as fast as possible just like everyone else.

I think people just need to really learn their class. I played a BH through various specs within both ACs trying to adapt to my playstyle. I'm comfortable with it and do very well in PVP both in WZs, duels, and open world. Currently lvl 32, but I played 3 beta phases. Seriously, it's just practice and seeing the other classes on the battlefield. I'm not going to say "qq more noob", just play the class you are passionate about and make it a point to get good at it.

by different you mean absolutely terrible. never lost to rebs in Huttball...then again I seldom lose to Empire as well.
