I had this problem as my juggernaut trying to guard a sniper last night. I have found the problem occurs frequently when one of the people involved in the guard dies regardless of class.

What, if any, improvements should we look forward to seeing with in-game customer service? As it stands, customer service representatives are obviously fluent in neither English nor gaming terminology, and most of their initial responses are so general that they ask for information that has already been provided.

Can juggernaut get Lord Draahg's Crushing Field? Make it a targetable AoE closer to the size of death field, tone the damage down, and suddenly juggs will be able to hold aggro on packs way better.

Just played a lvl 50 Huttball match where five people were beating on a scoundrel at the same time. His health did not noticeably decrease. Something has got to be done about expertise (try getting rid of it - can someone tell me why we have it anyway?). When a player can faceroll 5 people of equal level without requiring any skilled play do so, your system needs to be addressed.

How about those schematics that you're supposed to have a chance of getting with Underworld? I'm level 50 with maxed professions. I have received two schematics in that time, one was for a different profession, the other was opposing faction only.

Thought it was patch. My bad.
