  1. I have had the companion clothes issue both on and off the ship. Apparently it IS only the outfits that have faction differences. Is this some sort of ploy to get us to buy more cartel armors?
  2. Oh shoot! I don't know how I missed that image! Well, kinda wish I hadn't seen that now, because it made me realize how much better they look with the hairstyles they don't have. Son of a Hutt....
  3. I'd love it. It would have to be a pygmy though, roughly the size of that new, creepy bug....thing. *Shivers* In fact.....dangit.....curse you for even mentioning it, because now I wont be able to play without wishing I had a Rancor running beside me. Especially when fighting Gamorreans. Nomnomnom.
  4. Very odd. I guess they just took it off and didn't tell anyone. Or, perhaps they did, and I just missed it. I assume the latter, as nothing but the cartel market has been updated to suggest it's removal. Even searching for it yielded only this thread. Oh well. I guess I should be saving my coins for a rainy day, anyway.
  5. Bumping this because I was wondering the same thing. I've looked through every page on the market multiple times and it's not there. The collections page doesn't label it as temporary. TOR Fashion just shows it as a direct market item and suggests that it's available for purchase. Am I missing something?
  6. Ooohhh yyeeaaahh. I totally forgot about that. One of the few sub rewards I ended up missing. I miss-read the requirements and didn't keep my subscription going when I burnt out. I managed to get HK, though, so I can't complain.
  7. Okay, I'm confused. Why do I keep seeing 100 dollars mentioned? I have no recollection of HK-55 requiring any more than a months subscription.
  8. A devs/designers inability to properly color something black is an issue that was even in SWG. I remember when I ordered a tailor to make a black shirt and he gave one that was dark green. It not only looked hideous, but he couldn't even tell that it wasn't black. I mean, it WAS black as far as the game was concerned, but It wasn't black, if you know what I mean. Some people, mostly men, have problems seeing certain shades of colors. My only assumption is that whomever designed the color of these latest hairstyles has such an issue. To test this theory, I would be interested to know if anyone actually sees black when selecting the "black" color for these styles. If that's not the case, then I must once again state that one of the devs or designers is a sadistic jerk, who hates happiness and joy.
  9. I love the fact that we got new customization options and I agree that they need to release these much more often, but this sadly doesn't affect any of my characters, so I wont be buying it. I guess that's the drawback to making the majority of ones characters Cathar.
  10. Bones? We don't need no stinkin bones! Maybe Some warm batha milk and a little stuffed womp rat. But no bones. I'm actually shocked that they even added new character customization options to the CM at all. I was certain that they had given up on things like that, honestly. BUT, I wont complain too much. Any new addition like that is a good sign and is very welcome. Even if they do ignore their furry friends.
  11. Ohhh, so, this isn't just me? XD I thought It was because I'm running the game on a very outdated GPU (R.I.P old, decent GPU) Good to know it's a widespread bug. Kinda.
  12. Yes, actually, he was. To a point, anyway. You can choose several flirt options and if you play your cards right, your last conversation can end in a kiss scene with implied hankypanky. It's not a full fledged romance like *gag* Quinn, but it's good enough for me.
  13. The Sith Warrior has always been special when it comes to companions. Four "romance" options. Two versions of Jaesa. A traitorous companion who, at one point in beta, was killable. Pierce. I would still like to give a huge hug to the writer of the Sith Warrior story.
  14. Almost all of my Cathar girls have the same hair style. I've been using the cornrows for some and the three braid variant for the others, and one has the Juhani tail. I've excused it because they all have a warrior mentality and are affiliated with each other, but it's still annoying. I would LOVE to see more hairstyles added, specifically more tribal and braid styles, but I'd settle for the hair available to all the other Humanoid races. I'd also really like to see more markings and complexion options added. Jaguar and Leopard style spots being at the top of my list marking list.
  15. No, no I do not. All game developers, be it Blizzard, Bioware, or Ubisoft, have made many decisions that baffle their fans and other financial supporters. Granted, we are just players and are left out of all the fine details behind the decision making, but sometimes, things just don't make sense. You could be right, but, then again, so could I, either way I'd recommend not putting too much faith in the competence of video game marketing. Regardless which is a better business strategy, restricting such very important dyes is a huge hit to player morale. It limits customization. Many players burn out in their attempt to gather the credits to purchase them with game currency. Missing a sale can put you behind on character progress for months. Being a subscriber and still having to shell out 20 bucks (providing you haven't saved up) is insulting. And, to top it all off, it's a one use item. I don't care what their reason is. Less money, more money, I don't care, I just know that it hits the players in a very sensitive spot. Our shriveled up little coin purses.
