  1. THANK YOU VERY MUCH:) I copied and pasted the code in instead of typing it and it's gone straight through. Bless your cotton socks and have a lovely day, now if you could just tell me how to unstick my lvl 65 character from an infinite loading screen I would be in Heaven lol Thank you so much for your help, really appreciated.
  2. Every time I try to enter the Cartel Coin Code sent in the email from Bioware, this is the message that comes up. I have been a subscriber since 26th December 2011 with email boxes checked since day one. They billed me for my reoccurring monthly subscription on the 18th Feb so a) why should my card need validating? and b) I've been into my account and confirmed all my details and still no joy. Anyone else getting this problem? Some help would be appreciated.
  3. Hi Eric or Tait. I live in the UK, I received my codes hours ago, thank you very much. Unfortunately, when I enter the code in the 'Redeem a Code' box on my Account it won't accept it, the message 'Invalid Code please check your Card Details' keeps coming up. I have done exactly as the email said and copied the code EXACTLY as it was the email, what am I doing wrong? Also I have been trying all week to get in touch with UK Customer Services by telephone, every time I ring, the discontinued number sound comes up, my phone provider says there is a fault on the line but surely not for 5 solid days there isn't? I have a character stuck in an infinite loading screen scenario since Monday 15 th Feb, I've put a ticket in but no joy, not even an acknowledgement, this really is bad form to say the least. Last but not least, can the Devs see their way in the near future to give the ability to deposit money into the Legacy Bank? Pretty please? Have a nice day and thanks in advance.
  4. You forgot characters getting stuck in stronghold loading screens requiring numerous tickets that never get answered just to get SOMEONE, TO MOVE THEM TO THE FLEET OR WHEREVER SO YOU CAN PLAY ON THEM! And, yes, Bioware I'm talking about MY character stuck for 3 days and counting, 1 ticket plus 2 updates, one of which is to inform you you have a FAULT on your UK Customer Services telephone number and STILL not a peep out of you! If you are that busy with in-game tickets then a)STOP breaking things and b) hire more help. Not Rocket Science is it?
  5. Well at least you know what's gone wrong. On the 15th of February I transferred a Level 65 character from the Tomb of Freedom Nadd server to the Red Eclipse, I too am stuck on the Loading Screen. After 2 hours of trying to log in to said character I put ticket in. Nothing. I then spent 16th and 17th trying to ring the Customer Service Phone Number, in desperation I contacted my own phone provider only to be told (after several attempts of them trying to get through) that there was a FAULT on the line! I then updated the in-game ticket telling them about the UK phone number fault and begging them to move this character to the fleet so I can play on her. We have just downloaded the new patch, where is my character? STILL STUCK ON THE STRONGHOLD LOADING SCREEN! Does nothing connected to this game work properly? BTW, I too am a subscriber and I wouldn't be so cheesed off if they would at least acknowledge that I have a problem. I'm not asking to jump the queue, but as a paying customer I would like to be shown a small amount of common courtesy, the same as I did to them when I first put the ticket in and the subsequent updates added to it.

    Armour Bug?

No, but it never occurred to me to log out and re-swap the armour. I'm going to try it now and see if it clears the glitch. What I said about the other niggling bugs still stands though. Also, is it REALLY worth it upgrading this armour? Would I get the same stats by remaining in basic armour and augmenting it and maybe using a Fortitude stim or not? Would really like the opinion of someone who knows what they are talking about. Thank you very much for your help, have a nice day

    Armour Bug?

Can someone help please? On the Red Eclipse Realm I went to the vendor to upgrade my pvp armour from basic to advanced only to receive the message 'You cannot afford this'. I can assure you I CAN afford it and also meet all the requirements of being level 65 and also having purchased the full set of basic armour. I made several attempts to purchase new armour, receiving the same message every time. Puzzled, thinking it was me, I switched to the Harbinger Realm where I already have a lvl 65 with only 4 items to upgrade from Basic to Advanced, same thing happened. Also the weekly Galactic Starfighter quest is gone, both from my log and the mission board. I don't wish to sound nasty but given the bugs in the crew skills ie: not being able to reverse engineer the Absorb Augment on Armourmechs and the Crit Augments on Synthweavers giving Power, not Crit and loads of other annoying and frustrating bugs in just Crew Sills alone never mind the rest of the game and now this PVP bug, don't you think it would be better to concentrate on putting right what is wrong with the game instead of releasing (no doubt untested) new content? Just a thought, for what it's worth.
  8. Well I'm a 62 year old (63 in January) Old Age Pensioner, I officially retired one week ago today after 44 years of work. Yes I was a professional person and now play swtor to my heart's content. Ahh the bliss of being old lol,
  9. Not only is my ship droid missing but I cannot equip any kind of weapon on Kaliyo and I have set her to tank. It said in other forum posts that spec of companions is dependent on weapon equipped. Khem gets to keep his sword, Mako her blaster, what weapon is Kaliyo supposed to have especially as there are no weapon vendors on the fleet, or I can't find any. Just what's going on in this game? Would really appreciate some help here. Thanks
  10. You get schematics for med kits every 8 lvls, 8/16/24 and so on and yes, it would be nice to be able to give your comp a stim boost, especially when fighting elites or champions, but then, you would never learn to play your class properly then would you, as you be too reliant on your comp carrying the fight for you. Just a thought.
  11. Min lvl 35 is your answer. I know that for a fact because my son boosted me through class quests and I ended up in the same boat. On a side note, while it might be great at the time, I ended up making another Imp Agent because I lost out on sooo much game content and this time I do the class quests as they come along. A lot more fun, believe me!
  12. I too cannot RE antyhing that drops on Makeb that is Light Armour and carries the Willpower stat. I don't have a problem with Medium or Heavy armour, just Light Armour, when I try to RE it the item remains dark, this is happening now occaisionally with lvl 47 items but it seems to be confined to Makeb drops and affects ALL items carrying the Willpower stat right up to lvl 53 items, thats as high as i have got so far. Would be nice to be able to RE these things as crystal and artifact fragment nodes are hard to come by and running the missions costs a fortune and takes forever, plus I need the bank space back!
  13. Well it may have escaped American players notice but when the servers are offline European players are losing at LEAST half a days playing every time, hardly fair is it? Especially when you consider this will be the second time in four days that the servers are offline for patches to be applied. One day a week for maintenance is more that adequate and European servers should be going offline at 3am GMT, not 8am, so they are back up and running for when European players come online. If Bioware wish to build a solid European player base then they will sort this out and run the maintenance times more fairly. Other than that, so far it's a brilliant game and I'm sure bugs will get ironed out over time, not all at once as they are obviously trying to do. All new games, and some established ones have bugs that can take up to 12 months to be sorted out properly, so so long as a GM is on hand to help at all times when things get sticky this shouldn't be too much of a problem.
