You should totally call Bioware's customer support if you would like answers. This is a community forum and, therefore, not an official avenue for anyone from Bioware to come in and tell you "what's what". If any reps do (such as SR, AB, etc), it's out of the grace of their heart. Technically this is a CS problem. Developers do not answer people directly. That's what CS is for. That being said, your arguments are genuine. They are just not being done in the correct place. Also, while the "Horrid FPS" thread is quite large, those people are really in the minority. There are over 1 million players playing on servers. There are probably about 100 or less people in that thread replying multiple times. Not meaning to minimize your problem, but it's not as rampant as you think.

Last time I checked, Customer Support isn't spelled with "Q-Q". It's been like this all day. Meh
