I often ask myself this very question, despite the servers now being on a cloud, there've been often times where the entire server just lags for no real reason (it's been happening more recently than usual) and I want to know, perhaps certain people playing in regions that aren't they're home server region lagging the servers? If so, has this very thought crossed your mind devs? If not, why hasn't it? I feel it's a perfectly normal thing to ask and ponder. Imagine Americans not playing on DM or Europeans not playing on SS or SF. Imagine the ping and latency issues it would fix potentially. So Devs, Would it be possible?

Would Electrocute fall into the same grey area as Shock when it comes to spell rotation or is it generally frowned upon unless you're soloing stuff?
