  1. Are the details of transfers posted finally?
  2. I can think of another one right off the top of my head. Whirlwind. Lasts 8 seconds. Don't have to be in stealth to cast. Lately almost every single "nerf this" post put up on this forum is by people who simply do not know the abilities of other classes, and even worse, their own class. Play with some intelligence and you'll be a better player...in theory...
  3. Well, with all of the "top" rated teams transferring to the Bastion, Harbinger might see some new teams stepping up to do rateds because they won't get their bums handed to them by the teams who have left.
  4. I'm in Michigan and I've played on The Harbinger from the start and haven't really noticed that I get any more ping than the average West Coaster. That being said.... I'll transfer to whatever server the majority of my friends transfer to. Maybe all of you POT5 people should transfer to Bastion too so we can have a HUGE PvP party server. I'll bring the pickles...I do a nice relish tray...I'm just saying...
  5. Incorrect. As I previously stated most if not all classes get some sort of way around/through traps. For example, as I also previously stated- Sorcs can spec into the immune to movement effects for their speed boost and even if they don't go up that tree they can bubble and run super fast. Juggs can leap, Assasins have a nice speed boost, etc. You are entitled to voice your opinion as am I. It is my OPINION that you should spend some time learning to play instead of crying on the forums because Scoundrels/Sniper finally got a "movement" talent. Have a fantastic day!
  6. You can get 5 rolls as an operative with a full energy bar. If you aren't snared you roll 12 meters/roll. If you are snared you roll 6 meters/roll. That really doesn't seem overpowered to me compared to some of the other movement skills other classes get...like Sorcs who can spec into being immune to CC effects while using their force speed. Maybe you should try to learn how to more effectively and intelligently cc people to get around their abilities instead of crying about things on the forum.
  7. Here's my problem with that scenario. I can't go into a PVE flashpoint that requires "Ultimate" PVE gear in MY "Ultimate" PVP gear and be just as effective as I would be if I were in "Ultimate" PVE gear instead. BUT They can enter a PVP WZ in their PVE gear and be damned near equal to someone decked out in full PVP gear. So why should they be able to have the equivalent of "Ultimate" PVP gear without working for it? Basically they get the best of both worlds without having to grind for both sets whereas if I want to PVE I would have to grind out a whole new set of gear. I don't see how that's fair.
  8. Are most of you PVPers still planning on The Harbinger? Lots of us from The Harbinger are going to head to Bastion when transfers open up...that's based on those I've talked to and a few threads in our forum. Seems like the ranked scene is transferring.
  9. Ok : ) Do you guys do any organized world PvP? Like...let's all meet at 5PM at a certain location and just kill eachother dead a bunch of times? If so, what's the scale like?
  10. I'm excited about the housing; I miss my swg house and my poor abandoned Wampa.
  11. What are your queue times like for regular Warzones?
  12. As far as Operatives/Scoundrels go we've got instant HOTs and one spell that will give a small instant heal that requires a "Tactical Advantage" charge to execute. This heal doesn't heal a ton and isn't going to keep anyone sustaining a lot of damage up for very long. It would be like trying to pour a cup of water into a bucket that's full of holes...it will get some water in there for a while, but it's not going to fill it up very effectively. I rarely run out of energy on my Operative/Scoundrel because I know how to manage it. On my Sorc healer I have issues maintaining my force because the regen is bad and there aren't really any really effective mechanics to help. A good player can shut down a lot of the healing output of any class if they use their brains. I.E. don't waste your stuns and interupts on small heals, wait for the large ones. Don't fill resolve bars too fast by using your big CC measures. If you annoy a healer enough to the point where they have to heal themselves then they are probably not going to be focusing as much on their allies and you're doing your job. Maybe you should try playing each type of healer. It's a good way to figure out how to get around them. Ignorance is not bliss in PvP. Know your enemy, blah blah. As a healer myself I've noticed a large influx of healers since 2.0 came out which is probably why a lot of you are hating healers atm...whether they are on your team or the opposing one. I've been in games where I'm 1 of 4 healers on my team. It's not any more fun for me than it is for you on the other team; it's boring. I could switch to DPS but only if you want to laugh at me as I die 20 times and do like 250k in damage. It's not pretty. I'll usually guard a node and go paint my nails in games like that.
  13. "A future patch." Thanks for the update. Bungs.
  14. Whenever I'm doing my PVE dailies I don't have any problems with finding a group. Same thing when I'm on my lowbie doing them. Yeah, there are some loudmouthed bungholes on this server, but I'm pretty sure that's true on all servers. Just gotta take the good with the bad, facts of life. Hee.
