  1. U self said it, tank mechanins dont work on pvp. For assassin, the tank build is Shield Based, and now? The stats u have showed still falls under the same thing, drop tanking stats and go for endurande/damage.
  2. Well, all the guys that talked about how they can do damage with they tank classes are right, all tank classes are made to be a tank OR a dps, but that is just the point. All of u that can do damage, are in dps gear and probably in hybrid ou full dps talents. That's the *********** problem, tell me one guy that is playing with gull tank spec (gear and talents) and are felling ok with he incredible tank capacity (NONE?). As i have said before, the only tank mechanins that work, are defensive CDS, Guard, Taunts. Just because u are using guard it dosent mean u are a tank. Tank are the one who can take more damage then the other, the ones that are hard to kill. I was in a pvp with my jug with 1320 expertise 52% damage reduction 20% internal/elemental damage redution 28% defense chance 35% shield 35% absortion 22k life I belive that this are good stats for a tank. So why the hell 4 guys can WIPE ME OUT in 3 SEC?! (not all 4 guys but ones that know how to play) With my cds i can hold longer but... I have: 3min cd blade ward 3min cd Invencible (40% dmg reduction) (sorc have bubble with much less cds -.-' and higer damage mitigation) 45Seg cd Enraged Defense (15% dmg reduction) Leap (20% dmg recdution) Lots of cds right? yeap... but without then i am just as squish as hell oh... and guess what? dps have the *********** SAME CDS! The fact that go DPS with guard with DPS gear is way better we all know, u guys dont have to point it out again, all we want is BW to take a stand and remake mechanins so tank DO EXIST in pvp, and not just another dps with guard option.
  3. Actualy if a tank even face 5 ppl he gonna get wiped without cds in 1-3 seg, maybe if it was 5-8. But a sage can meet 5 ppl and even survive sometimes -.-'. And how i said before the real problem is that u dont need a tank stats to act like a tank (guard and stuff) in fact do this with dps stats is better, leaving no point in using tank gear, thats the problem.
  4. Ur guys missing the point... The best skills ur guys are talking, Slow, Guard, Taunt, stuns, smash are avaliable to dps or tank builds. But any dps can guard as well as a tank, plus he can do lots damage to! Thats the problem, DPS pvp build are wayyyyyyyyy better, because tank build just dont work =/ And wait... in Jug tree of talents the best mitigation talent is on a DPS tree?! (4% mitigation all damage) ***?! So why the **** u have a tank set of pvp? What i want is a dps guys doing damage and not holding as good as a tank guy. And a tank guy holding better then anyone and not doing so much damage. (i've watched a video named "Immortal healing tank".... that just point some real wrong stuff going on...)

Yeah u have a point, guard is bether in pvp then it is on pve, the only problem is that guard turns to be the ONLY tank mechanism in pvp =/ And sadly it work even if ur not in a tank build, making tank build useless, it shoud work better on pvp then pve offcourse but no as strong as it is now, maybe u mitigate less damage, and the damage goes in u mitigations or something like that. But the main point is mitigations mechanics not working on pvp, the guard nerf is just a sugestion for balance the rework on mitigation. I am now playing hybrid talents and only focusing my equips on endurance and power, just a little defense and a little shield, and guess what? my survivality goes wayyy higher and i can kill someone! i have same medal i used to have before, but now i have damage and killing medals to! So that my complaining, BW made the pvp to be DMG and HEALING ONLY ***?! No DMG u LOSE, NO HEALING u LOSE, NO TANKER?! whatever...

  7. All you guys just reach my point. The pvp tank gear (and mechanisms) are just garbage. Shield and Defense sux on pvp they only affect some attacks and can be put off the table. Armor migitation to dont affect all, and in pvp it affects even less portion off incoming attacks. I was with a pvp set that gives me aproximately: 30% defense chance 30% Shield chance 35% absortion 42% reduction from armor (plus 10% to all damage types) and guess what? in pvp i am squissh as hell. The only stats that realy make u take some damage is Expertise but only when others dont have it and that is avaliable to everbody. But wait?! Expertise rise more dps then mitigation, so in fact if evebody has the same Expertise, it just rises all the damage done (and is more effective to dps because is a %). So my point is, If u are a healer, sage for example, u can use bubble and heal to keep someone alive. If u are a tanker u have best chances to survive doing damage then trying to mitigate it. If u are a Dps with guard u will get a LOT more medals in pvp. Guard + Healer = Amost immortal, because Guard is broken and healing is to strong. Guard is to broken, that even when the Guardian is not tanker it works pretty good with healers. And without healer it dont do any good even when ur a tanker. A tanker need to have higher survivality without a healer, so that why i suggest: Nerf Guard - so nom tanker will not be guarding same as a tanker. And Fix Mitigations Mech on Pvp - so tanker CAN realy tank.
  8. In some time i have been playing (since beta), I've notice that tanker have just one reason to be called so on pvp: Guard. Take guard away and tanker are as good as nothing... When u see a Tanker guarding a healer, yeah that's one is a hard kill, but when u see a tanker alone, thats an easy prey. Today is much more easy to kill a tanker then kill a healer alone, and this is so *********** wrong. Tanker have some high CD skills to hold some damage. Other have better skills to stop damage/escape with lesser CDs (ex: bubble, Invunerabilitys). This are supposed to be right but ONLY if the mitigation mechanisms worked on pvp, then tanker have a nice mitigation all the times and some skills to improve it sometimes. As it is right now, a sage with bubble can survive much and MUCH more than a tanker because he can have bubble all the time, and have skills to escape, a tanker is just hard to kill one time each 3 min -.-' (without healers). There is an abiss between tanking on pve (where all works great) and tanking on pvp (where all mechanisms just dont work). All this just because mitigation on pvp just sux! So plz re-work defense chance armor and shield so they turn to be useful, and nerf a little guard (for balance purpuses)

    i never had the 2.5k medal And i am not fealing like tanking... I have full damage reductions talents (10% with stance) Plus: Reduction when i jump. Reduction when on Enraged Defenses Reduction with Invencible 7000k armor 400+ Defense rate 200+ Shield 150+ Absorve Still... Most of times i die so easly that i cant even believe. Some times i have to turn all my reductions and adrenals on just to survive some seconds more. The only times when i have some easy time to tank more then 1 guy is when i have a personal healer. So my defenses by thenselfs arent doing nothing? So what i am asking is if all the effort to TANK is realy viable, and if is realy possible to TANK (with secondary stats and endurance primary) or is just an illusion. Maybe if u kill some of the attakers first u could hold u self better?

    I am playng with a Jug, and i have notice that my damage is amost none Unlike Shadow/Assassin Jug dont have tools to do some jobs, he mostly have to just fight. My question is if is valid trade damage, for a little more life and mitigation.

    Does it pay to be a full tank on pvp?! By full i mean focus on endurance and defensive secondary stats, leaving ur damage on the ground.

Vote. 1 - Jugg - some skills to hold damage, a little mittigation, little damage and melle only. 2 - Assassin - some skills to hold damage, high defenses, nice damage and escape methods. 3 - BH - some skills to hold damage, high mobility, nice damage and ranged. 4 - Sorcerer - Best skill to hold damage, lots of disables, heals, nice damage, escape methods and ranged. Correct if i made some mistakes plz.
  13. I know that on lvl 50 the jug get a lot better, the problem is.. the game is not made to have fun only on 50 lvl! Jug need something earlyer, i read alot and i know that on higher lvl jug is fine (or should be) but on low lvl it just sucks. on low lvl u dont have stuns, and have only leap to close gap but if u face a cover u cant leap, and if u can leap u get pushed, and when u are running after ur target the rage is leaking away... the *********** problem... everything jug has the other tanks have and more. for god sake jug is a full melle tank it should have more tools to keep enemys close and crowd control then the other but instend it have less!

In this pvp the melles where simple unable to reach the door in time with so many slows to hit the one chanelling. .... Jug have by defaut, 1 resist stun-slow-immobilized 1 Area Sleep (HIGH lvl only) 1 skill to rise defense. Where is the defaut stun? I have played Shadow and Powertech both as a tanker, and they do a LOT bether then JUG Jug dont have skills that help him control the battle like mass push or inv or pulls Powertech have the advantage of ranged attacks Shadow have inv, stuns and disables, and a *********** HIGH BASE DEFENSE CHANCE (THAT APLIED TO SAGE TO! ***?!) The life of a true melle (in my case Jug) has been like, Jump, be pushed and take slow, lost 1/3 or 1/2 my life to reach my target again or worse. there is some pvps that i fell like a ball being throw side to side and not been able to even hit someone. True Melle need: More ways to approach an enemy, another slow remover or some way to resist the slows Some ways to do some hit ranged then at low lvl. Some more defensive capability (2 skills with 3 min cooldown dosent make u a tanker) In resume the jug is good when u cast its skills to resist, the other times it just a regular guy tryng to hit someone. Shadow and Powertech are farrrrrrrr better tankers then Jug, more survivality more damage capabilitys, more crowd control, more escape skills. Please revise the melle classes, they need some advantage for been MELLE!.
  15. I've notice a little unbalance in void star... If the defending team stop the other team from getting into the first door, and then pass the first door fast on they attaking turn they get 6 or more medals because the game finish when they pass the first door, finishing the game REALY soon. but.. the attaking first team never gonna finish that fast cause they will aways have to go all the way into the core to get the game done.. unless the rewards arent only based on the time you finish your attaking turn the defending team have a better possibility of gain much more medals.
