Unsubed yesterday for the same PvP reasons as you. So sorry for using your thread. I am a PvP player . Have been since my days in Lineage 2 long long long time ago and WoW. After i left WoW i looked for a game to replace it in my PvP addiction . I remembered that i played Swtor on release and while liking the Story found the PvP lacking. Decided to give it another shot and see what have changed in those years away ........ well nothing. PvP is just horrible in this game and IMO is the reason the game never took off and is slowly but surely dieing. In my unsub notes i actually said (whoever if anyone at all reads the reasons ) that when they realize the importance of PvP in MMO to send me a mail . Anyway good luck to the PvPers who are still holding on in SWTOR hat's off to you guys. The next game im about to check is GW2 if any one cares. I know Arena.net cares for PvP and it seems they are actually involved with their player base. Best of luck to you all.

Well if what u have on both sides is DPS then the better/more skilled/more organized/most communicating team will win. Throw in a healer in there on one side and suddenly backpaddlers and keyboard turners start winning.

They failed with the PvP and lost all their PvP community. Trying to force motorically disabled pve players in to PvP will do nothing more then brake it even more. You wane SAVE the PvP and attract people to it ? Fix It. Invest in it. There are almost No swtor PvP videos on youtube. There are almost no PvP streamers left ..... DO you really think there is a lack of people out there who really wan't to experience a GOOD PvP in Star wars universe ? Instead we get Unicorns and Unicorn Slayers showed down our throats .

Being there on both sides in numbers = borefest Being there on one side only = massacre Not being there on both sides = somewhat balanced games where skill and not healers HPS is what decides the outcome. Hance healers = ruin pvp

Actually this solution might work. The motorically disabled "PvE Heroes" will not join because they know they don't have a chance at those Medals w/o grinding the PvP sets and maybe not even then. The ones who enjoy PvP and can atleast hold their own will join and will gear and then play the best they can till they get the achievment or what ever is needed.

I didn't say it was bad tactics i just said that pressuring a healer even unguared one is never really 1 v 1 so saying good DPS can solo shut down a good healer in a wz is BS.

That the thing .... people who did want to "be there" have left long time ago the remaining population are mostly unicorn slayers . The reason the game is dying is because BW seems to completely miss the importance of PvP in MMO. All those carebears claiming PvE is the core of MMO and PvP is just a sideact ..... this games population should have opened their eyes. A Game with GOOD PvE and bad PvP is DEAD. Face it. Anyway just unsubbed. Not worth it . I played long time ago at the release and left because of bad PvP now i am back years later and find myself playing same boring WZs with 1 extra "Retard Ball WZ " . The classes are even more unbalanced and devs even less responsive. This game is done . I know it . All those who left knew it ..... i think even BW knows it that's why they don't care.

And 3.5 people left still playing this game did not give them any indication to what people want ? They can shove their story where the sun don't shine . Blizzard only recently FINALLY understood that in MMO PvP is as important if not more then PvE and look at what their focusing on the upcoming expension . I mean it should be obvious. You join a Faction based mmo with Sith and Jedi to battle computer controlled unicorns ? PvP is what drives players to mass play MoBAs/FPSs ...... All the unicorn slayers in SWTOR should understand that w/o a good PvP their game is as good as dead and stop quoting **** like "This is a PvE game PvP is just a sideatraction" we can all SEE how many players your awesome PvE atracts .

Instead of FIxing the PvP making it more enjoyable so that people will be back making PvP Videos attracting new subscribers all BW does is trying to force what subscribers they are left with to PvP in a broken pvp game annoying the **** out of player base they have left and breaking the PvP even more for the few PvPers who still endure.

Even is they don't have a dedicated guard once you start focusing the healer half their team is CCing you and every range is targetting you . You will melt before you manage to pressure the healer. Unless you got ur own healer but thats not what we are talking about . TBH i left long time ago and came back for PvP alone . I am on my last straw here. WZs are a joke. Arena is even more so. CC spam is just retarded. The CD on hard CC is so short brain dead players actually use it as an opener and still not get punished for it. Tank classes have more DPS in WZ then most DPS ones while having more Utility aswell ........ and then you got sorcs ...... nuff said. No MMO with sucky pvp ever made it !! Be it world PvP or BG/WZ pvp . SWTOR might have a nice PvE but as you people can see it's not enought . So all the Dragon Slayers should stop deluding themselves and BW should start shifting its focus a bit. Before this game is DEAD. Blizz learned it the Hard way ..... and look at what they are focusing on the upcoming expension .

Were do you see me saying i expect to kill a healer alone ? I said its hard to focus down a healer w/0 a healer on your team .period. For every one and not 1v1.

Did you even read what i posted ? Where did i say i expect to win 1v2 or such drivel ? Who said anything about managing to kill them ? I said you need to dedicate half your team or more just to chase them arround for half the WZ . And for what ? Even if hypothetically you managed to down one of them then he is back in about 5-10 sec. Work on your reading comprehension
