  1. So I purchased 60 days worth of subscription and have been playing the game no problem (the money was taken from my bank and subscription time was added) for a few days up until now, but when I tried to log in today,I got a message my account was preferred status, and I have lost all subscription bonuses, so I logged into my account on the website to check what the problem was, and under the "subscriptions" tab in my account, it says that I still have 57 days of subscription play time left. I tried logging a support ticket but couldn't because apparently I'm not a subscriber (again, even though I still have 57 days of subscription play time left). Please help as I'd like to get back to playing the game.

  4. there was no music added to it though, or do you mean in-game music?
  5. i understand, but why was my video (specifically) taken down? after i gave full credit, isn't that enough?
  6. hi, i wanted to record some footage of early level jedi consular gameplay, but when i uploaded it to youtube, the video was instantly taken down. i'm confused about this because iv'e seen a ton of videos up already. so why did mine get taken down (after i'd given recognition to bioware and stated that i, in no way, owned the product) but the others didnt? it's really frustrating.
