What "sort" of level do you get the Lord title Zash keeps on promising? Is it shortly after or near where you get the relic out of the toxic pit (currently level 17)

May be an "odd" question but what "sort" of level do you eventually get the ellusive "Lord" title that Zash is hanging off giving! - is it soon after retrieving the relic from the bottom of the toxic pit?
