Found out how. Just went to Zakuul and reset the mission for the PLAY button to appear.

I stopped playing for a bit, do deal with rl, I went back to my stronghold, then to other places, so now I have lost my way back to the story. I was on Chapter IV Asylum, but can't figure out how to get back to it!! Help??
