  1. Reroll~ If that isn't a valid option go DPS. You will have superior force regen and you can still throw out bubbles and heals on your companion.
  2. Just wanted to point out to you that you picked the standard survival build for a sorc. You have sub-par healing compared to pure specced healers and you still have less survivability than Merc's or Ops. You are right though, if you are looking for the best build to live long enough to throw out a few heals before you die you picked the right spec. However Any (insert random class here) that focuses you will still kill you in the end unless you manage to get help. Good point though on a viable spec that sacrifices healing for survivability, your spec will allow you more survivability than a pure healing specced Sorc (though like I said, not as good as Merc's or Ops).
  3. Lulz, I smell a troll! Let's sum things up post 1.2: Sorc lost all burst healing ability Sorc lost all burst DPS ability Sorc's like me that had 8 battlemaster tokens in my bag that forgot to buy another set of BM gear lost the option to buy BM gear period. (before you ask, I already have a full set of mystic and stalker gear) Sorc's like me that had several hundred champion tokens, centurian tokens, un-used champion gear tokens now lost all that gear. __________________________________________________________________________ What Did BioWare loose? My Money Cya all, I'm just logging in and screwing around on other toons until my sub is up which happens to concide with when Tera Online comes out. I hope to see most of you there! (IE: Speak with your wallets people)
  4. F this game, GG Bioware you made it simple for all of us to move on by destroying our class. Can't wait to see their next quarters "profit's"! /unsubbed Sorc~ Tera Online anyone?
  5. Fairly accurate. I invite all of you guys that know the truth of these nerfs to join us on the PTS forum under 1.2 Sorc Nerfs and add your voice to our collective outrage. Speaking with your wallet would help too~
  6. I play every day. I log in my PVP/PVE fully geared sorc in twice a week for raids. I can't even stomach doing mini's anymore
  7. Post 1.2 in PVP regardless of your spec = you will be the first target as you are now the easiest class to kill ingame. If you can go madness spec and they have blown all their cool-downs and you are ranged and they don't see you you might kill them. So hang back, try and hide, and nuke people @ range hopefully not drawing attention. For corruption spec your SOL.
  8. The "off-spec" sorc healer healed more than all the pure healers? I find this thread suspect~
  9. Is there any chance of allowing companion's to come into Ilum or War Zones to balance out number differences?
  10. Call me a elitest or whatever but the truth of the matter is that now that I've got all my BM gear I play WZ's for the fun of it. So if I see that I'm going against 2 premades and I have a bunch of ******* on my team who are clueless about how to play their class or work as a group...I'm leaving that WZ and queing up for another one. Bottom line is I did my time of playing with scrubs to earn my daily boxes and now that I'm geared out I'm not going to stick around crappy games when I can leave and re-que. There's several people who think just like me too. The big question here is "Why should I be punished for leaving a match when I'm playing with people who are clueless about their class or how to PVP?".
  11. I'm personally happy that the Dev's are trying to give people more "options" on how they look. Every MMO that has came out in the last 10 years that was worth talking about had some kind of feature to allow the players to look how they wanted to look. I'll support whichever option the Dev's implement but from past experience I'd say a "appearance tab" is probably the easiest route to go to satisfy the requirement of MMOs to allow people to look like a individual instead of a clone to the x factor. The Dev's are doing it right to boot in implementing this sooner than later (take EQ2 as a example, the game was dieing when it implemented the appearance tab, which revitalized the game some but in the end it was too late). Fully moddable purples and oranges with a "augment" mod you can add to the armor piece would be another option for fully satisfying this feature. If you do go the augment mod (like buckles in WOW) in my opinion it should be player made only to keep crafting relevant. If you did go the augment mod option you could even implement later on "criting" on the augment mod to allow for 2 augments to be added to the piece of armor. The possibilities the Dev's could go could keep people grinding, questing, and buying from eachother for a long time.
  12. I've found a skilled shadow/sin or jugg/guard will destroy us in PVP no matter what spec you run
  13. This was kind of what I was talking about. So for instance if your looking at 2 mods and 1 mod has 57 willpower and 10 crit rating...the other one has 45 willpower and 34 crit rating...if you're not at the cap for crit rating you will choose the higher crit rating mod.
  14. which is true except when you have 7 pairs of freaking champion pants...in which case you can give up more power or more crit for lesser of those stats and more willpower. That's what I'm asking...should I choose more willpower and lesser secondary stat or less willpower and more secondary stat.
  15. Thanks for clearing that up. I'm trying to find out when it would be a good idea to choose 1 mod or enhancement over another one with higher willpower (or should I ALWAYS choose the higher willpower one?) Man I hope that's somewhat clear lol
