Dear Bioware, Please make a phone app that allows a player to log-in, without having to be on their computer and fully logged-in, to send their various character companions out on gathering and mission crew skills. If you could make it so it allows for concurrent log-in (if a player is already playing the game) that would be awesome as well. This would help reduce server strain, as players would not need to do full log-ins with their various characters to simply do crew skills (except setting up crafting), as well as allow players who can't currently perform a full log-in (at work, school, vacation, etc) keep some things active with their various characters. Not to mention increase player satisfaction since this would keep them from having to log in with one character to set up missions, log out, log in with another, wash/rinse/repeat as needed.
