I don't trust the highest crit, i seen this game bug many times where the crit was higher than supposedly, i know some even say like 7k the person tells me it never happened. Highest i done is 5.4k crit on a squishy sorc when i was popping everything + full bm. Maybe if he wasn't wearing pvp gear it might hit 6k?....?

Assault has the best dps in the game hands down though the chance of it happening is close to 1% lol. If you wanna see the best thing possible look at this IR, AP, HiB, SS, HiB, IP, HiB is the optimum order the damage should appear like this 1k, 0k, 4k4k1k, 3k, 4k, 2k1k, 4k = thats 24k dmg... loooool. each comma is a global cool down somewhat and this is on a geared opponent i done 12k in a second on a squishy new lvl 50 sorc 5.3 + 5.4K + 1k dot lol... GG but yea the nerf to assault is basically the last 4k which usually helps top off the fight but if your burst critted you could just IP them to death or even hammer shot. Hammer shot does surprising close to 1k dmg with the initial dmg + the 2 minor ones then the dot. + don't forget the increase dmg to the fire dot when they are below 30% health. Also would like to add that the nerf gives us less of a chance of decimating two people at the same time (done this on civil war killed two 15k hp maras in a couple of seconds, never seen so many 4ks in my life though and doubt it will ever appear again) and surprisingly if you do this right, you should have a crit rate 25% + 5% smug buff + 15% from eliminator set + 15% from battle focus = 60% not counting the skills you could increase crit chance (don't remember if assault has any)

seriously BH look cooler than trooper? army of BH - wth is with this trash group? army of trooper - ready for battle and bh armor look so stupid looking, trooper at least looks like a trooper instead of a guy in spaceship armor hull pieces lol also rifles and assault cannons beat dual pistols any day lol (assault cannons gets boring looking but nothing ever beats the infantry rifle.) You see a bunch of assault cannons and go like why so many? when you see a group of rifle bearing troopers it like, oh yea it's time for action but yea a neutral faction would make this a unique game, i don't know any game where the 3rd faction is a neutral faction, just picture the possibilities, and the story lore goes perfectly for this.

dunno but being a good tank = you have a good rotation since you are always keeping your rotation at the optimum to keep aggro. I as a tank in dps gear still usually top the dps charts though i never hit 500k lol.. I am a vanguard tank who just knows what the best dps rotation he can do. Also keeping your ammo at 8 and higher is the sweet spot (for those who are troopers). Tanks are rare, reason being they need to be good. Now when i switched to dps it was so easy just bursting people to death lol, experience of tanking definitely made dps a breeze, no need to worry about your healers or taunting people. but i agree as a tank you do sustain damage, your job is to keep people occupied and the dps should be their to help you finish off a person. As a dps tank you will almost never get an assassin medal so deal with it. And happily because they nerfing healing all around you can kill healers now yaaa. You do not know how frustrating it is to keep dpsing a healer who doesn't drop. I did 400k on this one healer the entire game, he died 3 times, because i kept yelling people to help me focus him but noooooooooooo, you guys love aiming for the squishiest guy possible. STOP THAT. but on a side note, your a tank, your job is support in a more different way. example of being efficient - storm, SS, HiB (ammo goes below 8) so i throw a taunt on someone who needs it or a guard and then continue. continue dpsing. This is what you should be doing as a dps tank + the fact you aren't trying to gun down the person but hurt him enough to get him on you while you pay attention to the objectives. for those who never played a trooper/merc trooper - ammo regeneration is lower the less ammo you have so you want to keep it above 66% to get the maximum return per second.

at least they don't let us do double premades within the same guild, we have a hutball game and their is only two guilds in the game, both were mixed with the other guild -.-, would have been more fun if they just let the same guild premade play together sheesh. and yes they purposely do it cause i know double premades always try to get together, why wouldn't we? so we timed to click the button at the same time, doubt in that 1/8 of a second they pressed it. lol, too slow to get bm gear? i find it quite nice considering i already got full bm + rakata and haven nothing else to do, someone in my guild even has 2 bm sets cause they just keep accumulating tokens (he is a conqueror now and was a 69 before the easy valor update.) he had his bad luck, he dealt with it, now he has nothing to do. to be precise you only need what 14-20 bm tokens? and thats if you don't play smart and mix rakata with your bm gear. (expertise gets weaker past 10% so better getting stats) main hand - 3 off hand - 3 helmet - 2 chest - 2 gloves - 2 legs - 2 boots - 2 bracers - 1 belt - 1 relic - 1 relic - 1

I like how this has come from an agreement that we will lose 3/4 of the time to a good sent/mara to we steam roll them lol... In my server i lets those bad sents/maras hit me while i do other things (they that weak) however their are the few that you know if they caught u without your cooldowns and below 50% hp your screwed. This is when i start tossing dots everywhere cause no more need to conserve ammo lol, and if you don't do that your a bad vanguard. btw dont look at the lvl 49 and below bracket. Many classes get their best skill at 49 or 50, for instance I think sents don't get inspiration till 49? might be wrong, and vanguards don't get their aoe stun till 49 and they don't get battle focus till 50. So stop using the below brackets as an example since you should be playing the 50 bracket SO MUCH MORE. On another note vanguards dominate snipers, it is so easy, figure out when their burst is coming in, pop def cooldowns and keep bashing them, toss in a few stuns and fodder.

You just need the 4 pieces required for a set armor bonus example -helmet -chest -gloves -leggings -boots You only need 4 of those to be the same depending on the bonus you want, the rest could be what you want the most example you might grab a medic implant cause it adds crit instead of power etc etc.

My opinion is that you wil still want the 15% crit since you would still want your highest dmg attack to crit, stockstrike only barely touches 4k for me unlike HiB which hits 5k+ (this is of course on a glassy player) don't forget stockstrike is still on a timer so it doesnt really increase your overall dmg, with the crit on HiB it just gives you a better burst. HOWEVER warhero gear is coming out and hopefully have a different set of armor abilities, i hope..

I don't trash talk but i have no qualms calling out my teammates who suck, and suck badly, like damit learn to play idiot. (is this bad? i dunno) What would you categorize this lol? Getting tired of watching me have the highest dps by 100k as a tank. I think im allowed to flame on my own worthless teammates oh but im a glassy shadow, well learn to play the objects... sap them hide... spamming ops to tell the leader to tag the healers and when healers are tagged yelling at them to actually get on them, nope lets keep hitting the tank that just does worthless dmg on me sigh i love reporting those mails that go to this website to buy blah blah blah, instant ticket response, unlike a bug request, and later to find out they sent me another to fix a typo instead of You they typed Yu -.- like you needed to fix it for my own amusement? harassment means focusing on someone constantly, i see it go around lately and have even been telling people to tone it down, it's just not good, pointing out flaws i think however should be fine. well I am one of those people who only play 1 character, (got bored of seeing the same thing playing alts) and once i basically got my full bm gear + full rakata gear, i got nothing else to do. Gear up guildes? have for the past 2 weeks and now I am bored, i enjoy the game but i have unsubscribed until 1.2 comes out, Im afraid 1.2 will be at the end of april instead of this week like it should have been a month ago. No content = nothing to do = unsubscribe. I know they are trying, but it has reached a point of failing. btw i can still chat with my guildies in mumble/vent while playing other games, so no to stay for your friends. They could have fixed this if they actually force you to do a little grinding while leveling, I miss the days where an area would be crowded cause everyone is grinding for exp. I enjoy questing to lvl and it makes it easier, but sometimes i just want to sit there and smash everything around me with ease while chatting, doesn't happen here, since mobs don't actually drop anything good and you gain the same amount of exp on a 5 minute quest instead of 5 hrs of hitting mobs. .001% chance drop for something awesome would even be fine with me. mounts maybe? playing on a macbook on bootcamp with 15 fps, some of you are just demanding too much with your graphics

this one scared me, got it on my 1st try as a vanguard, i had 1% health left loool, tanking like a boss

Assult spec can destroy a sent/marauder, just make sure your burst hits in the later half, if you guys havent played an assault vanguard you havent seen burst, i won a match in 3 seconds against an equally geared sent lol, boom 2k 4k 4k 4k 3k 4k, though thats when im super lucky everything crits and procs which they are nerfing... the reason i say later half is because of that 99% dmg reduction, most use it around 25% in what i see, however a good burst should do 50% instantly preventing them from using it lol. also you can save your cyro grenade till they pop that and then toss dots on them, and get ready another grenade and everything. And i must say my sent buddies are pretty good. just play smart, know the class, know what to do to prevent this and this.

just to say, they are aiming to get rid of hybrids, they said they don't like them considering that you should have to get something to 31 to make it viable.

There is something wrong if you still riding with centurion gear... find it sad that you do. I am currently at 7/30 on bm bags, and have 3 sets of champ gear, plus a smuggler set which i ripped the mods from. your words at first were confusing saying u opened 16 champ bags and no token, however if that is so the chance of a token in a champ bag is 5% so you havent even reached the hate ratio. if you were talking about bm bags, 0/16 on bm bags is bad also, but be happy at least they finally implement the ability to buy bm commendations instead of going 1/100 lol. 16 bm bags with no bm comm = 16x15 champ comms = you should have plenty to buy a set + m0r3.

just so you know... tattooine has a place i think called outlaws den? maybe bandits den but w/e it basically a free for all location where you can attack other republics and imperials. The only ones you can't hit are your party members and guild members. Wanna have a guild vs guild skirmish? meet here. Also the place spawns chest that contain 20 merc commendations though almost worthless to camp considering the timer on them. (2 hrs fyi) If you say it not a lvl 50 zone, look at the one neutral womp rat thats lvl 50.
