  1. Most of the holocrons I claimed were before achievements so I have not gotten the planetary ones, does that mean I need to go back and get them all?
  2. Add a cartel unlock to raise missions from 25 to 30.
  3. First - Think of the GTN as a NPC business. You pay a price to use it therefore when something sells they take a piece of the pie (similar to Ebay) it is not your full deposit. If you pull the item early you forfeit your deposit. This is how the NPC business makes money (credit sink) As for the 1 hour delay think of that as processing time, it helps with immersion so of us are actually trying to be immersed in the fantasy world.
  4. So he new perks are not true legacy perks since you need to pay for the bonus for each character, not account wide. So how is this a legacy perk? Also I upgrade an alt for space xp, and it did not increase the 10% it claimed..
  5. I am going to look at this as a different view... 1. SWTOR is not EA's only product. Do we forget hey have the market cornered on Sports games for Consoles? 2. EA was overvalued and that could have caused as much of a drop in value at the begining of this year, not to mention the stock market in general tends to sell gains off after the 1st of the year for tax purposes. 3. Competitition - Blizzard/Aciviision is listed today at 11.76 a share which is near the 52 week low as well. EA stock price is 12.33. I even checked THQ however they are in trouble and selling below 1.00 4. Industry changing and companies failing to adapt to the newer technology. PC Gaming as we know it is changing. owning the physical game will be disappearing as it costs too much to repliate the discs and to pay for the marketing space at the storefronts like Best Buy, Walmart and Target, and yes the Publishing companies pay the stores for the shelf space. Tablets are becoming more powerful and as such so is internet connectivity. You wil begin to see console game systems just purchase licensing only requiring an internet connection no more disc. It saves on distribution costs. If you dont think this is coming, you probably also said the RIM was cutting edge technolgy three years ago. Fact is the gamining industry is down from a year ago, and while EA stock may be lower than it was 52 weeks ago it does not mean SWTOR is the direct cause, it may be a small symptom but lets be honest these companies are in it to make money. SWG was ruined by Sony when they no longer wantedt to develop a cutting edge game, WOW in its first year was rough, however they were able time the market and gobble up marketshare to set the gold standard.
  6. So after searching through the patch notes and these forums and doing in game research, Cybertechs can not RE schematics for Mods or Armormods. We can RE For Earpieces as in the past, but they become useless as the Daily gear is superior. Vehicle can be one, except the cost of the Mats out weigh the cost of the construction, so why build it when I can sell the mats for more? If you want a player drivin economy you have to have versitile crafting professions. This would relieve the need for the Credit Sinks you put in through Legacy. Will a future patch give some love to the Cybertech? I have all the Columni Ear pieces and the only ones that will sell are the mastercraft which were slightly better with the augment, but 1.2 you split stats on the augments a Lvl 50 Augment +28 STR is now +18 End and +12 STR not a big advantage there.
  7. I love the family tree possibility. I would like for it to be available for people to see. Eventually I would like to see us be able to connect the family trees of our friends and guildmates. This could foster true RP as my friend and I could be brother in arms, or bitter rivals.
  8. Since the Public Test server gets the next patch first, and they are currently closed for the next update (1.2) you will see 1.2 on Public test server next week, then the first of April barring any major setbacks it will hit live.
  9. One solution to some of the crafting issues for high levels ect. would be to have instead of Bind on Pickup but a Bind on Guild. This way crafters would be able to craft items for their guildmates and give it to them. It would add the benefit of guilds to players and help with crafters being able to utilize items. It would work similar to Bind on Equip but would only be equipable by the Guild that the crafter belonged to while the piece was crafted.
  10. They do have a security key app for the Android it is here. https://market.android.com/details?id=com.ea.SWTORSK_na#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDUwMSwiY29tLmVhLlNXVE9SU0tfbmEiXQ..
  11. Is the a list of the planets with the items which are contained in the nodes? For example Alderon you know you can scavenge laquerious and phobium.
  12. Considering that this launch has gone rather smoothly, other than the server queues, I dont have any complaints. I think the Early Launch went well, and the game for the most part is doing well. Hycups yes, Perfect no, but Failure I think not. Been a part of several launches going back to WWIIOnline, SWG, EVE, EQ2, COH, Planetside, various Steam games, WOW, and a few I am forgetting. I would say this has been the best opening week launch.
