I tried all of these suggestions and they didn't work. I put in a CS ticket and they told me that there was no way to get a planet's Story quest back after abandoning it. Is that true?

I've been playing through as an Imperial Agent and have been going through Nar Shaddaa's story. I got to the quest Wiping the Slate, but when I got to the end the game bugged and led me to take the elevator at the end. After I took the elevator, the map marked terminal back where I just was, but I couldn't get back through the elevator or through the way I originally went. I was completely locked out of the area, so I abandoned the quest thinking I could just go pick it up again. I was given no warning that the quest couldn't be reacquired. Problem is, I got back to the Major who gives the quest, and he won't give it to me. When I try speaking to him, I see a cut scene of a close-up of what I think is a holocom, he tells me to go away, and the cutscene ends. How do I get this quest back to finish the Nar Shaddaa story?

Aha. It was because I didn't choose "You are both useless". I had read on a different site that I could choose any of the starting three options and the death prompt would still show up.

I'm playing through KOTFE as a DS Sith Inquisitor, and went through all the necessary dialogue options to kill Jordan. I picked every single prerequisite option. However, when I got to the dialogue where Jordan "explains himself", I was presented with the choice to either forgive him or exile him. There was no option to execute him. Why? Can I go back and fix something so I can kill him? If I do, will that be part of the story from then-on, or am I stuck with him being spared?
