{edit: woops maybe this should be in suggestion forum just saw it, feel free to move my post} If you add Master Ranos to the Galactic Seasons vendor or as a reward I pledge to stream Star Wars: the Old Republic for a full week (168 hours) straight. ***I only stream for fun, not profit, any random money I make will be going 100% to a covid charity to be determined (Prolly José's World Kitchen), in case it's bad to post about streaming here cause "money"*** I'm disabled and ended up in the hospital for the end of the Dark vs. Light event and didn't manage to complete the final step in time and have pleaded multiple times with support but they either don't have the ability to help or it would be bad for business somehow to have an extremely happy customer? I did all the long time consuming parts and then was too sick for the final easy steps :-( It really makes me angry, it's just one of those things I can't get past, ya know? Please help me get past this hurdle so I can enjoy the game again, I keep trying but it keeps gnawing at me I can't be a Chiss Jedi with a Chiss companion all because of severe Crohn's Disease (15+ surgeries so far, lost count lol)... they should really just change all the sub rewards to sub veteran items like Star Trek Online did IMO... unlock things are you progress through the months of subbing.

Just wondering if there's any chance of being able to get this companion again ever? I ended up in the hospital for the end of the event so missed it by not getting a light side char to max level in time... that was all I needed and was looking forward to doing it until I ended up in the hospital for my 13th or 14th surgery for severe Crohn's Disease (just had surgery #15 in July, hopefully the last!). If you guys could add any way to get her again I'd be eternally grateful, unfortunately support won't do anything for me :-( Thanks for reading! Andrew

it shouldn't take much work at all from my experience programming, as most of the work has been done by activating the same thing for other equipment. Maybe the way they programmed things it is harder than we think tho. Either way I think it would be worth it for replayability for me at least.

can't you get Shae from doing missions, didn't you just get her early from sub reward?

I quit the game because I'm disabled and ended up in the hospital for the rest of the event, one level away from unlocking her, and support couldn't help me. I'd be back in a flash if they added another way to get her (on a 7 day referral sub right now solely so I could post here lol).
