It seems after the latest patch this fight is bugged for us. The shields on the snipers just won't go down, the roar does absolutely nothing. We've never had problems with this so far, but now we can't even get the shields down once

I would try the following steps: 1. Make sure you have the latest, non-beta driver for your motherboard chipset and graphics card. 2. Make sure everything in the graphics card control center is set to default. 3. Delete the .ini file that stores the swtor graphics settings. Then go into the game and set everything to highest settings again. And post your full system specs please.

296.10 are the absolute best for this game. But by now they are quite old, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're playing any new games.

Because it's too difficult to complete with a random group, even on SM. So they're leaving it out for now.

Lower graphics settings to minimum, download the latest drivers for your PC, shut down any programs operating in the background (including Anti-Virus). Not much you can do beyond that, your PC is probably not powerful enough to run this game properly.

You're talking about a mechanics issue, regarding Stormcaller at least. If you move behind the DPS for them to absorb double destruction it stands to reason you will lose aggro if the DPS are continuing to pound on it while you're standing doing nothing or moving back to position. I always use an AOE taunt after that, and I'm a vanguard with no threat problems at all.

Jyowan - you're missing a very critical point here. The accuracy you see when you open your character sheet, by default, is MELEE accuracy. It applies only to melee attacks, of which you have 2? maybe 3? The vas majority of your attacks are FORCE. There's a different accuracy for that. If you are at 100% melee accuracy, then you are at 110% force accuracy - which is what the guides are talking about and what you need as an assassin.

They're shots of the game at maximum graphics and AA - so what's wrong with them? If they used increased AA from an outside source to deal with the little jaggies (which I honestly barely even see, your monitor must have a low resolution) that would be false advertising.
