  1. I got a Male Sniper called Ondaii, and a Female Operative called Karenyna .
  2. I have both classes at 50, and both of them are lovely DPS. You should not re-roll just because someone told you the Operative's DPS is not good enough., because that's not true. I must tell you, it is just as good when handled correctly. Okay, you will be bashing more buttons at the same time and running around like a headless chicken, but that's the fun of it! Operative DPS can be great, I assure you that. Do you enjoy medium-range playstyle? Try Lethality (gets even better in 2.0). Otherwise, the more stealth-dependend up-close and personal melee Concealment (greatest fun imo, and good dps as well). Besides, which other class wields pocket-knives and shivs with which they appear out of stealth and kill an opponent in a matter of seconds, only to go back into stealth and do it again?
  3. I just finished the story on my Male Sniper, and I must say it was BRILLIANT. I loved every single quest from the very beginning to the very end. Very well written, full of mystery, twists, turns, conspiracy and identity crisis! I have to admit, it is the best class story out of the eight, having done all. Even made a female Operative to re-live it Suddenly I don't even care about Makeb, I need Agent: Part 2, or like the next chapter, SOMETHING;).
  4. I have to say the Imperial Agent is the most interesting and plot-twisting story, coming from somebody who has done all. There is so much to do, and little is expectable. Also, the companions are quite likeable.
  5. All my chars are Light, so my Sorc is too. I gotta say, Light Side is quite funny, because no NPC ever expects a mercifull Sith:p. I feel it fits the 'Sith Siplomat/ Pacifist' profile very well. Best answer I have ever given though has gotta be when I called Thana Vesh an amateur, loved that option .
  6. Well, I play a Sage healing hybrid. I've dropped my casted AOE-Heal for the Knockback root and Bubble flash stun talents, and I have to say, it's sooo much more fun! (BTW I love healing, and I currently have 4 healers. ) My Sage's gear is not optimal, and yet I seem to be doing quite well. The spec I use allows me greater control and mobillity, which is crucial in PvP. Besides, it's so much fun, stunning 3 guys chasing me with my bubble, or knocking and locking them into firetraps or the Hypergate blast zone! My healing is now depends greatly on Healing Trance (using the 2-set piece bonus from PvE set through Campaign armorings just to lower its CD), which I keep on CD (and Rejuvenate of course), and fill in with Deliverance, Force Mend and my cleanse. Though my healing numbers are a tat less than those of a fully-specced Seer, I manage to put out quite some healing, and the bubble- stuns I cast on my teammates certainly have saved many of them. Though I gotta say, Republic PvP has improved greatly on my server. I've even been on some teams with 4 or 5 healers and we are undying:cool: . But, truth is, team me up with a Scoundrel Healer and we can go on for quite some time without being killed, keeping our allies alive and well. Anyway, I'm loving healing in warzones, and I believe the hybrid spec is much more fun and provides great utility. As for my teammates, haven't had many bad moments. Okay, guards are rare but I try not to depend on them, I make a greater effort to keep other healers alive, cause I'm gonna need their help sometime.
  7. It's already been a year! I fell in love with SWTOR December 22nd and never stopped! It's been incredible, for my first MMO, and I hope it goes on to become even better day after day. /highfive all!
  8. I actually really enjoy playing the Sage ever since day one, I guess I just love magic . One man's meat is another man's poison, try a different class if the Consular isn't exciting for you.
  9. I had a hard time ,too, and I did not know I could leave the instance and change companion, so I had to stick with Nadia. I am a Balance Sage, and sure died a few times, but I tried something and it worked. I realised that the moment the battle starts Stark focuses on my companion and destroys her in a few blows, so what I did was collect aggro immediately by hitting him hard. I made sure to stand at the opening, between the walls to use LoS efficiently and used my interrupts on his heal and Project Storm. Force Armor, Heroic Moment and Unity (when it was still obtainable earlier on) did the trick. I don't know if this could help a Seer, but for Balance it didn't go too bad. I'm happy he was a caster . Good luck, it sucks being stuck...
  10. I am Balance too, and I used Cedrax until I got Nadia. She kills Normals and Silvers much faster. For Elites I always switched to Tharan though. Know that if you're Light side, Nadia gains affection extremely fast. I've tried to use her in every conversation, and, after a few levels and gifts I got her to max, so she will perform Crew Skills quicklier.
  11. It totally depends on your playstyle. I used Tharan and Nadia. Try all the companions and pick your favourite.
  12. I just believe it would've been better if those people who can actually contribute to the improvement of the game (whoever those may be) recieved an in-game reward, like a special item. I find it weird they are allowed game time for free while I have to pay for it, because I haven't been able to reach a certain benchmark in the game itself.
