I also think there should more appearance customization in regards to equipment. I haven't played very many MMO's but in Lord of the Rings Online, players can take any gear they want and put them into cosmetic slots which then show on the character and also dye gear. They can also hide most of their gear if they want, including capes. I think a similar system in swtor would allow for more diversity and a little happier early lvling (i.e. not having to wear trooper "commendation" chest piece - sweater - on Ord Mantell, BH "commendation chest piece - brown vest + yellow sweater - and the Sith warrior chest piece)

Could anyone tell me how to get to the VIP vendors at the faction space stations. I see the greyed out Icon near a hangar elevator on the main floor, but have been unable to locate it.

Ever since the last update I have been unable to inspect other players. The screen only shows the other player's char, but the gear slots still show my own equipment. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it.

The current system is ok, but I think I would like to see more appearence options available such as purely cosmetic slots so you don't have to wear gear that you think is silly. This would be nice especially at the lower levels when the commendation armor on the starting planets don't look so great (sith warrior, bounty hunter, trooper chest pieces). Also would save people the trouble of pulling mods out of one piece of gear to put it into another one. It's not an enormous deal, but it could create more diversity.

Is it just me or is Malgus just Darth Vader without his helmet? I think it would be cool if they took the sith juggernaut from the final progression in the progression video, threw a grevious cloak on him, and made him a sithy uber-general grevious minus the asthma that massacres worlds and is very cunning as well as physically strong. I also think they should make the same juggernaut armor in the video available in game b/c as far as I am aware it currently isn't.

That is the problem I have with the LS/DS system - there's no real incentive to be neutral or use a mix of LS/DS. The good thing though is that you can have some variety and still have max LS/DS, and most gear doesn't require LS/DS.

If I unlearn underworld trading to pick up slicing, can I retrain underworld trading later on and keep the experience I have put into it?

I'm lvl 50 with recruit pvp gear working towards next tier

I'm new to the mechanics of pvp so I am curious as to whether I should be guarding. For some reason I don't see alot of my allies or enemies using it, so I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. On the side note, I am a juggernaut and wondering if I should be dps/def spec. I am currently in a def spec and my total dmg /wz is around 33k and protection 20-50k - I have lag so I am wondering if these are adequate numbers or if my lag is killing my dmg. I have a maxed synthweaver and have read on forums that synthweavers craft augments, but I have not come across any augment schematics at all. How can I craft augments or acquire augment schematics besides from the gtn? Or can synthweavers only craft augment slots units? Ty for your assistance.
