It will take like 7-10 days for them to design it, test it and mail it to you.

You mean lack of features, which are not bugs. Given this launch and the lack of features you would think this is the first MMO to be released ever. For example Target of Target where is it and how do you miss this? Oh wait is was mentioned in Beta testing but ignored. Game was slapchopped together period.
