re: your companion. The orb on the bottom left of the screen is clickable with or without your crew member with you and allows you to dismiss/recall them. You get your legacy name later in the game - sorry cant remember the level but 20+ I think. The search function is there for certain things but for me does not appear to work

Thanks for the feedback. Oddly it works if I drop it out of the top bar of skills. The skill totally dissapears and looks like an empty slot when I leave it on the top bar. No idea why. Something to do with taking cover - doesnt currently make any sense to me.

If you are going to build it yourself I would check out this site pc per. It has a leaderboard for a pc build of the best price to performance parts currently available: PcPer Hardware Leaderboard SWTOR is not an intensive piece of software and the budget system will play everything flat out at full rez even on a reasonable size monitor. I would personally swap out the Intel for AMD mobo (preferably the Phenom x4/6) as most games of this sort are GPU limited so spend the extra cash on a better mobo and graphics card. Phenoms are unlocked and overclock well. Most intels on paper are slightly quicker but are more expensive and the differece will not be noticeable in real world application.

Hi, Im having a problem with my smuggler. He is now lvl 17 but Charged shot has not been working for some time. It appears as a skill but is always greyed out. I am in cover My equipment is repaired I have tried re-setting the u.i I have swapped out weapons etc. Always greyed out. When initally going into battle it sometimes appears for milliseconds as ready but goes to grey again. Sorry if this is a newb question but thanks for your help in advance.
