Yes but if the desktop resolution is affected then that means the game is trying to use an incorrect resolution that could cause the game to freeze at the initial loading screen

Glad to hear things are better Cancel the swtor subscription in steam so it doesnt continue to fail , once swtor get the screenshots for the steam purchases they can add the gametime to your account now the account issue is resolved
