Playing Lethality is like playing a crippled Hatred Sorcerer.

If youre an operative/scoundrel playing scrapper/concealment and you haven't watched my stream by now, you done goofed.

You typically wont see backstabs that high unless the target has no PvP gear. My average Backstab crit ranges from 9-10k. The reason being is that Backstab is kinetic damage meaning it doesn't go through armor. Volatile Substance is internal damage meaning it does go through armor and will be your biggest hit.

The best opener as an operative from 1v1 is Sap > Volatile Substance > Apply x2 Hots to yourself > Snipe > Stun/Backstab/Crippling Slice/Corrosive Dart. This opener allows you to use 5 GCDs before sap breaks with the last move in the rotation depending on the situation. For example, I would use corrosive dart after snipe if I knew that the damage generated from snipe and corrosive dart activating my volatile would guarantee kill my target .The dot generated from backstab has a slight delay before it starts ticking while corrosive darts has no delay and will activate the volatile substance detonation immediately. It would be very rare for you to come to that situation of having to use backstab over volatile but it does exist. For those that are confused about the snipe used.... Using snipe after flashbang or sap is just added damage since casting counts as your GCD. Sniping breaks the sap and allows you to immediately use another ability after it with no delay. Only good for 1v1 situations obviously. Too many things could happen in a group scenario trying to get this off.

In a group scenario Fury Marauders and Deception Sins are worst enemies. Edit: As an operative

Tbh, I was hoping that highlight wouldn't be posted lol. As an operative the only class you have a chance losing 1v1 to is a deception assassin if the operative is playing his class 100% CORRECT. the operative(Black) that I beat in that highlight was really actually downing himself and I felt bad about it. Concealment operative is one of the most technical specs in the game and I think a lot of people just get intimidated by me in an arena environment. Even though it wasn't my operative he was dueling. Ive streamed nearly 1000 solo ranked games on my operative and have never lost a round for my team when it came down to a 1v1. I think it just weighs on peoples minds that watch me play and end up getting stuck in that situation.
