  1. Well, I just deleted all of my chars with 35-something lvl Legacy - the only way to properly uninstall a Single Player/4-man Co-op game. Enjoy your carebears' paradise & the grind that comes with it, PVP never set foot in SWTOR, and probably, never will.
  2. Confirmed, works. At least when things got bad, we could still chill in Rori, Restuss in SWG, eh Zhatan? Oooh, and PVP Bounty Hunting from contract terminals all around the Galaxy. **** this ******** of a farce that gets passed as "PVP" in SWTOR.
  3. I'm not here to debate anyone, just stating the obvious - that you are playing a Single Player PVE game for the most part. I got my $60-worth of gameplay for the past 3 months, still three to go, but I can't force myself to waste time on a Careabear game that has PVP as its side-feature, just like space combat. No new PVP content, no PVP planets, no world PVP on existing planets, with Ilum coming & going with Gree event(s), instead - the same old "warzones". Fun, fun, fun! See you in =V=, if ever. *click* *click*
  4. So when I reach 55, it's going to be the same old 5 Warzones and the exact copy-of-a-grind-to-EWH? Enjoy your Single Player PVE game.

    How to kill a game

LOL, sure it is... Sure it is... With everyone having 1800 Expertise & hitting for 7k per ability. Not to mention some classes get some of their most important abilities reset, when they exit combat - I do w/ Vigi Guadian. It's Quake III out there - a total clownfest. Unplayable.
  6. QFT, everyone hits for 4-5k standard, with crits at 7k per ability. By the end of the match, almost everyone has 450k dmg & healers are at 700-800k. ***? Never thought I'd say this, but I'm thinking about cancelling sub, since WZs are the only reason to play the game, when you go through the levelling content. No WZs & No World PVP equals no money from me.
  7. I'll be honest and say that I haven't read the thread. The vast sample of successful solutions as witnessed in other MMOs, almost always entail a competitive/advantageous element for the people who do participate in World PVP, like huge control areas with unique resources*, either not available through any other content in the game - including Top Tier operations, or very rare types of resources/materials, that people fight over. Said resources should have a decent respawn rate, although not overly frequent as not to devalue them. *For crafting/gear.
  8. Glorious montage. Altho, I think your system can't afford Shadow on high. Also, mouse/camera smoothing would go a long way, and less water fall & less close-up footage on certain textures. Was this done with Vsync on?
  9. Tis working now. You could try flushing the DNS, hold the windows key & tap R, then type CMD, when command window opens type: ipconfig /flushdns. Close it and relaunch SWTOR.
  10. Same here, having this issue. I'm in Europe, can't get past the login phase. Could be temporary due to the heavy load the servers are experiencing atm, including the Login server.
  11. Yesssssssss. Hope it applies to Belsavis/Corellia as well.
  12. Great, I think I watched Part 4 and it was hilarious. Will be interesting to witness how the event proceeded on Red Eclipse. I'm from Tomb of Freedon Nadd myself.
  13. That's what I meant. Place the phase mark at the start of the round on the least defended door, then go help out your team and keep up the pressure, and once an opportunity/circumstance presents itself - teleport to the empty door and plant the charges. Could be kinda OP -- Huttball and LOS restrictions should apply.
  14. Interesting, is the Weekly cap going to be reset even though the Event will be gone? I'd imagine it to remain at 0 till the next Event. If I'm mistaken, then I'm already Legend.
