I think i will play for a month or 2 more then quit . It's a decent game but i was bored of WOW and this game is simply WOW with new graphics. Why couldnt they have spent any of there money and time trying to do 1 original thing in this game.

i would definetly say either operative or BH.

i try to always MVP a healer . regarding CC , i think there's too much , i've just never understood why MMO's trying to have competitive PVP include lots of CC. Especially stuns , interuppts are great , roots , even CC that breaks on damage or can be removed but nobody likes being stunned for 50% of a fight and dead without being able to use any skill. I think the resolve system is a system that can work well though. With some tweaking it could end up a good system.

madness to pretend SWTOR has brought anything to the MMO genre . IT a 100% complete copy of WOW but with star wars graphics and sound. It's a very good game as it copied a very good game , and copied it well. But at the end of the day if your bored of WOW i dont seee how this can not bore you quickly as its exactly the same stuff all over again. i'll probably level 2 chars over 2 months and teh quit. The gear grind treadmill is not for me , been there done that.

spot on , this has been known for a long time. I love peolpe posting saying my 8800 can run it smooth in warzones , lol , its not a competetion , you dont have to pretend it works fine for you. I say people are lying if they claim on highest settings they can ride around a busy fleet and stay above 60FPS at all times. When 30 people appear on your screen at once the engine is just not capable of doing that smoothly.

The game struggles when there are lots of other players on the screen , changing my settings from highest to lowest makes very little diffrence when there's 20+ other players on screen. I think the engine needs improving (if it can be) when it comes to how quick it can retrieve the info and then can draw other players.

almost all MMOs realised this was silly and either changed it or started that way , so no idea what you talking about. If your on PVE , PVP should have to be on , no doing it by accident.

alot of people trying to look cool and tough (lol yes tough on the internet) by having a go at the OP . He shouldnt have threatened to cancel but he is correct the encounter needs altered. It is far harder (with no CC) than it should be based on the difficulty of all the other quests. One quest shouldnt be 5 times harder than all the others. And you shouldnt have to ask for help to complete a quest when you dont for any other.

We need dual spec , silly to leave it out just to be diffrent than WOW. Copy the things they did well as WOW copied other games . AC swapping i assume and hope will never happen. Dual spec would be great when low level for heroics and flashpoints.

agree there are too many skills . It sounds a good thing in theory but its a little bit too many to deal with. The amount of keybinds you need has gone over the top.
