  1. looks cool. will they be usable in warzones? I like to flaunt my victories.
  2. Maybe I missed something, but I don't know what you mean by "numerous sets of the gear as desired". What gear? The sand people outfit? Did we really want another one? And then a couple of guns. Show me where there is numerous anything. I went ahead and bought the busted speeder. Had to do something with those comms. Honestly, it's my fault. I should have tried to find the event vendor first and then decided that I did not want any of that crap. Instead, I wasted my time getting the first 6 pieces and gathering boxes only to find nothing to purchase with them. I am glad, however, that some people enjoyed it. I did enjoy running some of the missions. I just wish there had been some kind of viable reward.
  3. But that's not the case with this event. "A Lead" opened up and you get to follow a droid 50 feet kill some mobs then dig up the mask. It took all of 3 minutes. Also, still no new gear in the vendor. BUT!... maybe they plan on doing these events so often now that each event will have something that someone will enjoy but not all. Next event might have the Green-Purple crystal I keep dreaming about.

  5. Lots of work for a busted looking Rank 1 speeder and another Sand Person outfit at the vendor. Oh and guns... lots of different guns.. but no lightsabers. So... yeah, pretty crappy; unless someone else was able to find another vendor that sold other stuff. Personally if all they offer are these guns, a crap speeder, and a social outfit that we already have access to then I'd be pretty upset. Hopefully we see some new things pop up in the next couple of days.

  7. Maybe my complaint is unfounded then. I don't know. But the Commando and the Smuggler are the two classes that didn't need anything. I see that retarded widebrim hat and then I see my health bar just melt away. Again flame as you will. I'll come back later today to see what everyone says. But I am done with this game. Did ANYONE else feel the commando's healing was low? really? answer me truthfully now. or that the gunslinger just wasn't killing you fast enough?
  8. Because everyone is like: "You know that smuggler class?. ... yeah it does crap for damage." or "Yeah, I like going up against Commandos cause there heals suck." Also, you mean to tell me that the Commando gets the heal buff and the crappiest healer, the Merc, gets left out? Hahaha. Wow. This is really something. Of ALL the changes that could have been made you change the two classes that needed it the least and in the least spot. Normally, I see that stupid looking wide brim hat and I'm thinking "Oh hey! a Smuggler. better kiss my *** goodbye.". I see a Commando healing... I can't even get the drop on one of these guys and damage them enough to kill them. I have to call in for reinforcements and focus fire him with 2 other people. Not that his dmg output is to rediculous but he can heal faster than three of us can damage him. I don't know what to say. This is rediculous. This. This is why I am done. Goodbye. I am sure I will get plenty of flaming for this but whatever. Smuggler General •Charged Burst's damage has been increased by approximately 5%. Gunslinger •Damage for Aimed Shot, Speed Shot, and Quickdraw has been increased by approximately 5%. Sharpshooter •Trickshot's damage has been increased by approximately 5%. Imperial Agent General •Snipe's damage has been increased by approximately 5%. Sniper •Damage for Ambush, Series of Shots, and Takedown has been increased by approximately 5%. Marksmanship •Followthrough's damage has been increased by approximately 5%. Trooper Commando Gunnery •Havoc Rounds now applies the correct healing increase to Kolto Bomb. It previously applied a smaller increase than intended.
  9. Very true at 50. The static barrier is only good in a pinch. It is no good as a lasting shield nor is it meant to be that. Find a healer to follow you or a tank to gaurd you. Do not run out into the open combat. Stay out of sight if you can. Cast your less noticeable abilities first then go with your force lightning. Once you start cast that they know where you are. Cast static barrier and run. This is called rabbiting. If you can get two people to follow you and kill you then that is two people not in general combat. That is good team play. It sucks we are are slated to die so much in combat but that is our lot in the game. Be sure to DOT those chasing you also. When they kill you and return to general combat they are weakened and easier for your team mates to kill.
  10. I think it may be a gear issue. I used to have problems with them until I started getting my Battlemaster gear. Now I destroy Marauders/Sentinels. It's a challenge but I do not think they are OP. I think it is all very well balanced and people do not need to just learn to play but all learn to play as a team. Having a game plan is better than no plan at all. I have lost many WZs because people refuse to play as a team. No-one wins by playing the lone hero.
  11. How to kill a Marauder/Sentinel: (Sinse you're complaining I'm going to guess you're a Sorc. If not then you just do not know how to play) (Madness build) -Force Lightning until they jump on you like a rabid kangaroo. -Death Field with death mark proc (try to get some other people in that deathfield too.. you'll heal up that damage the kangaroo did to you when he pounced on you) -Overload ( to put some distance between you ) -Crushing Darkness (it'll be instant if Wrath proc'd) -Affliction -Creeping Terrors -Static Barrier -Electrocute -medpack (What? you don't buy or craft medpacks.. lol, you're new here aren't you) -Shock -Forcelightning = Dead roughly 3 to 5 seconds Do not rely on standard rotation of skills. Have a rotation for each class as well as a general rotation. I'm not going to attempt to put distance between me and another ranged dps. It's a wast of time. There is only one class that can 1v1 me when I play my Sorc and that's a Smuggler/Operative.
  12. Stun a sorc and he/she's finished. End of story. Quit crying about something that isn't broke. It's a tough life for a sorc but when you play your cards right and hang out with a healer you can do some damage. Otherwise you're toast on the battlefield. The cooldowns for all those abilities you mentioned more than compensate for what they do. The static barrier is good in a pinch but doesn't hold up to much. Recklessness is a 2 proc that has a decent timed cooldown. I can double tap with Shock but for only half damage which still doesn't put me above the dps of an Operative. By the end of a WZ I can come out on top but only because I know what I'm doing, I'm well geared, and have Biochem. Without stims and adrenals ... again.. toast.
  13. Bioware hates Sorcs. Notice how you could never buy Resolve Mods at an equal level to the other mods. yeah. They hate Sorcs.

    Tumult

    Tumult should be placed in the Assassin specific abilities then, and give Sorcs something useful. Like make Force Lightning actually slow people down. I know it says it slows people down 50% but I don't seem to notice anything. Maybe it's there *shrug*
