  1. As many have mentioned, there is currently no server list. Is there a walk around or is it up in the air until the " maintenance " is complete.
  2. Verified 100%. And now the play button is active. Thank you sir for the advice.

  4. After recent patch, I am stalled on 100% complete & Updating Complete.. So now what. I had it sitting idle like this for 15min.. Let me add that in my task manager, the Process is 0% on the launch as well as for BitRaider...
  5. I am wondering if anyone is or has had any issues launching the game. When I launch the game through the Launcher, the game does not load and it jumps back to the desktop. Does anyone have or know of a fix?
  6. Both. On the phone all they would do is give me 2 days of sub time..
  7. Yea, I was a sub from the beginning of the year, up to June. At the end of June I re-up'd. Bank statement and website confirmed.
  8. I was just stating that I was a sub prior too... And I still have not received my comp.
  9. Ok.... I have placed a in-game ticket. No response. Updated the ticket, still no response. My issue.... I was a sub during and just before The Shadows of Revan expan. I have not ( to date ) received my nico comp & with the poor customer service I am a bit frustrated that BIO-EA has not helped me resolve this issue. As a founder ( may not mean so much to some ) I would think that my long term loyalty would have some kind of impact on getting this and other issues resolved. So kindly explain to me why the customer support system is so lax and frankly non existent. So instead of giving me 2 days of game time ( slapping me in my face ) Just fix this issue so I can go back to enjoying your product....
  10. Its seams that the log-in service is down. Prompting me to head over to the twitter page for details... When I do, there is nothing listed on said issue.. Any others having the same issue?
  11. I am wondering if anyone is having issues with the launcher? My issues are when it tries to patch. Error states : This application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again. I have un-installed and re-installed and it still shows the same error. If anyone knows a way to fix this issue, please feel free to let me know.
