  1. Tried that. Even tried the phone and another PC. This really makes no sense to me.
  2. SWTOR's number told me to contact EA. We've posted on the EA thread but haven't heard anything yet. She was able to resub through Steam though. .
  3. Mine had no issue. Just hers. Even now, going through the SWTOR launcher, we can't add a code, change sub etc without getting the error. It might have been the "most complicated" but the alternative was waiting for customer service to open, wait on hold with them, again, and "hopefully" get it fixed.
  4. Thanks. We ended up wanting to play, during the weekend, so she download via Steam, subscribed and there was no issue. Strange there would be via EA.
  5. Thank you! Understand about them being closed, I just couldn't get a number other than the SWOTOR billing number.
  6. We did get in touch with them, on Thursday, but they couldn't help us. They said it was with our EA account (which has never been used) and we needed to contact EA. I saw no number to call for them, Christmas or otherwise
  7. My wife and I both started playing when the game started. I resubbed no issue. When she tries, she gets "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account that prevents purchases with your account..." Called support and they couldn't help. Told to contact EA but didn't have a number. Can't find a way to get live support from EA. Any workarounds don't seem to apply (reset EA account password as an example) and I don't see what else I can check in her account. The email address is the same. Any thoughts? We just wanted to play during the Christmas holiday and we've never played FTP (not sure it would be too limiting since we've been spoiled lol)
  8. I hate spoilers, so no, I didn't read about this beforehand... Anyway, after about 3 years, my wife and I re-subbed. Playing the story for the first time in years we got to the shots fired quest where you choose to align with Republic or Empire. We chose different ones to see what the story would do. Oops! We can't play together now. I see no way to abandon this so we can choose to play the same faction again. What do we do? We don't want to play separate.
  9. ..because then you actually go into the tutorial mode, it shows as complete etc...I don't remember hitting it and I always "X" but I must've not hit "x" in this case. I had no idea going into tutorial mode would do what happened. I NEVER remember any warning etc saying THAT would happen. Either way. Fixed.
  10. Looks like I must've been stupid. Hitting escape and "disable tutorial" got it all back.
  11. In reading some troubleshooting it seems I might have clicked the tutorial. Problem with that is, if I did it, when I go to the tutorial, it's blank. It doesn't look like it's active. I also don't remember hitting it.
  12. They are showing they I selected them in the "Annihilation Tree" but they aren't showing up under abilities and they disappeared from my tool bar. This happened at the start of Chapter One of Knights of the Eternal Throne.

  14. My wife, daughter, son and I. Yes, they said it would be like SoR. This isn't like that at ALL. There, you could group other than the instances. here the entire thing is single player so what's "clear" about that?
