No one? Bioware? Damn ...

I know this games engine is terrible, but there has to be any solution for this problem which exists since beta! How is it that many players have smooth frames, while i get fooled? I have seen many youtube videos with such a smooth delicious gameplay in PvP. And most of their systems aren't even that good. I just don't get it. My fps drop to 18 fps in warzones, its jumping between 18, 25, 30 and 40! I dunno what else i can do, i have tried many things and solutions but nothing seems to help. Even if i put all settings on low almost nothing changes. It seems that it doesnt even matter if i play ultra or low, its the same. I always get micro stuttering when on fleet or in PvP and my fps dropping all the time. My fps are never stable, they keep changing between 120, 70, down to 20-30. I play on 1440p (windowed fullscreen) but it doesnt matter if fullscreen or not. I have tried many things like: DirectX 9.0C (installing redist) => same fps cpu priority high => no effect cpu splitting 2 cores for each swtor.exe => no effect disable name plates scaling => no effect used CCleaner, Adwareremovers, Virusscans => no effect in games settings low => no effect lower resolution / toy with vsync / fullscreen windowed mode => no effect run@admin => no effect vsync + tripple buffering => no effect nvidia control panel settings (max prerendered frames 1) => no effect reinstall the game => no effect GTX 980 TI 12 GB RAM i5 4570 SSD Windows 10 I can play BF1 on Ultra with 60-90 FPS, while in this game i can watch freezing images. This really kills me, its so frustrating. I just want to have fun with this game in PvP, OPs and fleet, but how is this possible when i have 18-40 Fps during warzones? Oh, btw. I have noticed something weird. When i play this game in the early morning, when less people are online. I get like in every zone 100-144 fps. Its smooth like butter. Even Warzones in the morning were A LITTLE better, i had fps like 30-50 fps. Can anyone please help me? There HAS to be a fix for this. There are many people that are playing this game really smooth, i want to be one of them.

So if i subscribe now, will i get the free boost too?

This. All these toxic people who call this game BS and keep hating on it, i don'T see what the heck they are still doing here? Just go to WoW and keep grinding for months if you like it. But i dont want this game to become a grindfest with no story in it. This is what this game is. And they are doing a GOOD JOB with this path. Keep going bioware! People can ask for more endgame content and operations and stuff, but not with this toxic behaviour where they are simply saying "NO ONE NEEDS STORY". NO, this is NOT true. I love this game for the story. This feels like a KOTOR 3 with a Multiplayer aspect and thats perfect. If this game ever removes the story and will turn into a grindfest without any deep sense of an epic story adventure, then i am out. Stop saying this game sucks, if it sucks then you are free to go. Yes this game has some cons, but there is no need to hate on the story. THATS how THIS game IS. There are tons of other MMOS where you can grind for years and will not even see the end of your maxlevel. Have fun with those.

Just returned and used a referral to get 7 days free subscription. Does that mean i will still get the rewards from today or do i only get them if i BUY a subscription too?

Ich habe sehr seltsame Grafikfehler im Spiel. Ich sehe KEINE Holograme, das heißt, wenn jemand im Hologram spricht, dann sehe ich ihn einfach nicht. Außerdem sehe ich KEINE Laser oder Blitz Animationen in Sequenzen. Die Leute aktivieren ihr Laserschwert, aber ich sehe kein laser, oder wenn jemand mit Blitzen gegen jemand einsetzt, sehe ich die Blitze auch nicht. Was soll das sein?! Hat jemand eine Lösung hierzu? Es kommt mir nämlich so vor, als wäre meine Sichtweite sehr kurz oder zu weit, weshalb ich einige Sachen nicht sehe...

Kann mir jemand sagen, warum ich seit heute solche FPS Einbrüche habe? Vorgestern (vor release) lief alles perfekt. Immer 30-70 Fps gehabt... Seit heute, hab ich sehr oft plötzlich mal nur 15-20 fps... oder wenn ich in die Stadt gehe mal sogar unter 10 fps... und bei Raumschlachten ruckelte und laggte es auch sehr arg... was ist denn los -.- Liegt es am überfüllten Server? Denn das ist nicht normal, am Montag und sogar noch gestern war alles beinahe perfekt...

Ich habe alles gemacht, wir hier beschrieben wurde. Also alles auf hoch, und diese eine Texturedatei auf 0 setzen... Wow... und sofort hatte ich 30-70 fps!! Ich danke euch!!!!!!!!!! :) Ich hoffe, das es jetzt auch dauerhaft so bleibt. Gestern war es 4 Uhr nachts als ich es ausprobiert hatte, vielleicht hat ich auch nur Glück weil die Server leer waren, aber ich probier es gleich aus. Ich hoffe einfach das es so bleibt!

Wo genau ist diese Datei? Ich finde sie nirgends.. sie ist nicht im SWTOR Ordner, nicht in meinem Dokumenten Ordner.. nirgends... wo soll die denn sein??

Hallo, In der Beta lief alles sehr flüssig. Keine bis kaum Ruckler, es lief einfach so flüssig... ich hatte mindestens 30-50 FPS.. ich weiß es nicht genau, da ich nicht nachgesehen hatte. Aber, es war vieles auf hoch gesetzt, und einiges auf niedrig bzw ausgeschaltet um die Performance zu verbessern... Und jetzt... Nach der Beta hab ich den PC neu aufgesetzt und das Spiel installiert, heute komm ich rein ins Spiel und es RUCKELT extrem... es läuft total unflüssig OBWOHL alles auf niedrig ist, und alles mögliche ausgestellt ist... Warum?!!? Kann mir das bitte jemand erklären... Das raubt mir den totalen Spielspaß, dabei hab ich mich so auf den Early Access gefreut.. Liegts vielleicht am Treiber oder an was... Und irgendwie gibt es weniger Optionen jetzt für mich.. in der Beta konnte man Kantenglättung aktivieren und Sichtweite etc. Und hier gibt es das NICHT!
