I've now lost four items in a warzone and have yet to get them back from customer support. Three of the items were equipped while on fleet as pve gear (2 were Rakata pieces) and then unequipped while in a WZ to put on pvp gear. When I came back from the WZ, the pve pieces were gone. The 4th item was a Rakata belt that I was crafting, I had it queued up on fleet, then went to WZ and came back and it disappeared and the biometric alloy was gone. Anyone else have similar problems? If so, what triggers this bug and will customer service actually give me my items back?
