Go to the GTN and be prepared to spend quite a bit of credits depending on what you're looking for. The best place to start would be to find the vendors in front of the stronghold area on fleet to see what you can get from them. You can also get decoration from planet reputation vendors.

Those posts happened on Twitter earlier when they said that the new ETA was 7pm PST

If you look at their Twitter feed, the initial post when bringing down the servers today states an estimated time of at least 12 hours. Yes, it has been extended and they delayed opening all the servers up to make sure everything was running smooth.

Same here. The dev tracker says that maintenance is extended due to external internet issues, so that is the issue with downloading the patch.

I experienced the same thing this morning. Didn't do much after that but did all the quest for the weekly, and didn't get credit.
